6Customer service not good. Had to pay extra for a car wash because of an Everwash tech problem. They did not respond to my problem so I cancelled my $30 a month service. Do not recommend this business there are plenty of carwashes in Madison.
DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! The blower puts dents in vehicles and then the owner, Phil Gibbons, tries calling people liars and will refuse to even look at your vehicle and accuse you of slandering the business while refusing to even look at the damage. EVEN THOUGH NO COMPENSATION WAS BEING ASKED FOR, PEOPLE ARE SIMPLY LOOKING TO SHOW HIM WHATS HAPPENING AND HE REFUSES TO HEAR ANYONE OUT. Also if you use the dumpster there by the vacuums for trash, which is what it's there for, this guy will stand there and stare you down giving dirty looks mumbling things at you. Very horrible unprofessional place and owner. This response he gave here is a lie, total lie besides maybe the dumpster part. I have proof and he decides to be a shady business owner and not even view the damage. I contacted him now after he made this comment saying I never contacted him, which is a lie, and now I got threatened with police and lawyers and physical violence. What a shocker. Any day anyone would like to go for a ride up there and watch it push the hood of my car in, I'm more than glad to prove it. The level of incompetence is amazing, this man keeps saying that I had damage prior, in a whole different spot, so somehow that means another dent couldn't have happened in a total different area this time from his equipment. I'm not making this up folks, just read his response to this review.
Awesome car wash! Best touch-less wash around! I travel from Mentor just to go to this wash! (All Mentors cars washes Suck!) I have a membership and I go a lot! Never had any issues, am I have a Black truck that shows EVERYTHING!
Creepy scripture readings playing over speakers in the stalls, cheap wash though.
Compared to the other car washes in the vicinity, excellent automated car wash. Great value for your money.
