Had a great experience with Terry Henricks Ford and my salesperson Haleigh. They followed up with all my many questions and concerns, which was important since I am in Missouri and couldn't actually see the truck in person before I decided to buy. I purchased a used 2021 F250, so it was nice to know it was as described before I drove the distance to get the vehicle. They were very fair with their pricing and with my trade. I would not hesitate to do business there again. I love the truck and so far it is all good, and the drive back from getting it was comfortable. Good Job Guys!

I have a negative experience with them (with Morgan Crist). I have been trying to buy a truck. Although I exsplicitely told Morgan Crist that I wanted to obtain a financing only from Ford Credit she made applications with other financing organizations as well, without even telling me.result was unneccecary hard inquiries in mycredit file which reduced my credit score. Furthermore, a few weeks after I gave my Social Security Number to Morgan Crist somebody made an application for a Chase Credit Card on my behalf. Until today I have problems with this kind of stuff.

On top of that, she is very unproffessional. Yesterday I send her an email asking if the truck still available and she blocked my email.

Adrienne Emmons worked tirelessly to locate just the right vehicle that we were looking for. Kyle Sauder and Nate Rose were tremendous in developing a deal that exceeded our expectations! Update: My wife and I just traded our 2018 Escape for a new 2023 Escape at Terry Henricks Ford. Once again we had an excellent experience at this dealership. Colin was our salesperson, and we were impressed with his knowledge and willingness to answer all of our questions. Kyle created a deal for us that was excellent and was quite gracious in honoring our requests and discussing everything with us. Adrienne was able to complete all of our paperwork the exact same day that we accepted the deal and explained everything quite well. We are loving our new Escape and are so appreciative of the way that we were treated as a valued customer. Clean facilities. Nice employees. To high of a labor rate per hour, $165.00. I didn't expect that. They did a good job.

Made sure everything was taken care of. They even stayed way later than usual to make sure I was good to go since I drove over a hour to get there. I noticed something wrong with the vehicle a day after I got it and they offered to cover it which was incredibly generous. (The issue was very minor and very easy to miss, not their fault that it got missed)

From the first contact with Henricks I knew this was where I was going to buy my next vehicle. Scott answered all my questions on the phone and the next morning I had a video he shot, that night, of the vehicle pointing out the good and the bad.
At the dealership he let me take my time, and didn't hover over me, just checked in periodically. He and the finance person stayed late on a Saturday to make everything perfect.

I have been searching for a Ford F150 for a good amount of time, and at several dealerships and locations. When I visited Terry Henricks Ford for the first time, I began the process of working with Alex to consider a vehicle. He was really patient with us and had several appointments to assist us in making our purchase. We are quite pleased with our F150 Lariat, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for their vehicle purchase.

I do have one issue. Otherwise, the service department are friendly and willing to help especially Mark and Dylan. But my issue is that I just had my oil changed and with this new recall regarding the possibility of a emergency brake activating because of a cháfed wire on the rear axle, I would have thought the technician would have inspected that area. Dylan checked my Vin# and at the time, my truck was not recalled. But now it is. Anyway, I am going on vacation in 2 weeks and Dylan doesn't have an opening to inspect that wiring harness until October. So now I have to worry about a failure that if the technician had
looked it over during the oil change, I could be driving 1800 miles without the fear of a lock up of that brake. I'm not at all happy.

This was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had in purchasing a new Ford vehicle. Starting with my inquiry thru finance and finally shipping of the vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a used 2019 Mustang GT from out of state. Buying something almost 3hrs away is a little stressful but the team at Henricks did well in all the preparations and details about the car so there were no surprises when I arrived. The price seemed fair and I did not haggle over the cost and paid cash. The whole time at the dealership took about an hour.

I'd give the dealership 5 stars instead of 3 if it wasn't for the typical "dealership" attitude you always receive at most dealerships. That is, zero willingness to make your experience top-notch before and after the deal is done.

On the 3hr drive home, i noticed the driver's floor mat was missing. I figured it was in the trunk but after checking it wasn't in the car. It may sound petty but it was really annoying after paying $43k on a car and then have to purchase a floor mat. I let my sakesman know and the response i received from Colin was "nothing we can do there! "

Of course, the dealership could make it right but this is what you expect nowadays.
