Food is great every time I come to this location. If there's any issues the staff immediately fixes them and it gives you great service.

There was no wait! When we got to our clean booth the server was polite, spoke clearly and loud enough we didn't have to have her repeat anything.very attentive on our refills the food was excellent and only took 10-15 minutes I would say from the time we placed our order definitely my daughter and I will be going back to that particular Texas Roadhouse

We tried to go to the restaurant three different times and did not receive any service. First time there was no seating, second time we tried ordering on the phone and got hung up on after 20 minutes of hold, and the third time we tried placing an online order but it wouldn’t go through. We finally were able to order online and got there on our designated time only to have to wait. Our grilled chicken tenders and Mac and cheese were burnt. We ordered a kids meal of grilled chicken tenders that had 4 small burnt pieces. When asked about this order we had to wait for 20 minutes just to be told that the order was in fact correct. The compensation was an extra side.

Staff was kinda unwelcoming and seemed annoyed my fiance burger was way undercooked and my steak was very salty

No bussers, waited over an hour to be seated. For a 3 top and 2 tops are sat at at 4 top table who waited less time. Disorganised and the hostess staff is unapologetic.

Just order from here meat was not well done
My baby did not get her drink and the bread was old
I did not like their service at all
How we only get 4 pieces of old bread for 3 people.
And you should see the little bit of chicken tenders she got. I even asked from extra dressing and only got one.

What a wonderful dining experience! Our dinners were cooked perfectly and the food was fresh and delicious. In addition to our meal being so great, we had the good fortune of having Ashley P.as our server. I have dined at fancy "high-end" restaurants and not received the service she provided. Ashley was personable, fast with refills, and truly anticipated our every need. Two of us at the table commented that if we owned our own business, we would steal her to be an employee. Yes! THAT good. The manager stopped by our table to check on our satisfaction as the final star to this afternoon out. Thank you, Texas Roadhouse, for making our 'early' Valentine's Day celebration one to remember.

Food, service, prices, drinks and atmosphere were all great! We stopped in on a whim while shopping nearby and we're so happy we decided to go. Out server, Laurie, was just awesome! She was fun, personable and knew about EVERYTHING on the menu, drinks included. We used to be fairly loyal diners of the Aussie restaurant until today, we have now become big fans of Texas Roadhouse and will be returning regularly and have said G'day mate, to the other place!

My date and I had dinner here two nights ago and it was a blast! Perfect timing for our table to be available. The food was incredibly scrumptious. The margaritas were perfectly blended. And the best part was our waiter, Nina. She was fast, friendly, reliable and had a great personality. She provided a lovely service and I hope to have her again the next time I go back. It's too bad corporate doesn't allow their employees to show their tattoos. I understand if it's gang-related or inappropriate inside a family restaurant but tattoos are art on the human canvas. Let them show off their art!

Love it! Going through a pandemic, it was comfortable, reasonably priced, hot food, and great service.

Left Applebees and the Sushi place in the same plaza. TRH was very accommodating considering the other two places either closed early without warning or had some ridiculous wait since they were short staff. TEXAS road house thank you for the service. Our waiter Josh was very helpful for s last minute order. Keep up the good work.

Great service and food prices unbeatable. Love the whole meal. Rolls to die for and salad was wonderful

They used to be a lot better now you're getting very little but pain more find you a better place to eat

Our server, Caleb, was most attentive to our needs. The food came out in a timely fashion hot and cooked to our specs. And so delicious! There were probably a dozen birthdays around us, but we were treated like real guests. I suggest that everybody do the call ahead seating. Although, they were seating very quickly. Don't think, go there for good, tender, juicy steak. Yeeehawww!

5-15 minute wait. Seated promptly. The hostess and waitress were pleasant and professional. Food arrived fairly quickly hot and looked appetizing. I only had appetizers there I basically boxed up my entree because it was annoyingly loud in there. It was about 5: 30 on a Saturday but the music just too loud. We couldn't have a conversation without yelling. I guess it was so they could flip the tables quickly. It worked for me.

Their food is awesome except it doesn't taste good when you get home and want to eat it for leftovers. There are restaurants where food taste good when you take it home but sadly this place isn't one, but it's really good when you first get it

I love this place. Always great food and cooked to my liking. Service was excellent today. Didn't have to wait long because we went a little late. My favorite steak place next to Kosars!

Celebrating our birthdays. Sang birthday greetings to us. Presented their brownie dessert to us which we thought was a special treat for our birthdays. We were surprised to see they charged us for the dessert $6.99 on our bill. We never asked for the dessert since we had a birthday cake at home. Yes we ate the dessert, had cake the next day.

Best of the best steaks you ever had, longhorn, outback, can't even come close. Miss Kitty (cat) bar maid quick and curtious.

Texas Roadhouse Grille located in Ridge Road Shopping Center, excellent food tantalizingly new n tasty Appetizers great drinks to tickle the taste buds great beers on tap n bottle! Comfortable cozy n always in motion place! Like Our great nation a mixture of great an engaging people in all walks of life! News Weather n Sports highly recommend for prices great steak cuts to choose from, from greeting to service bar n wait staff are fast efficient n outgoing at every level! It's just a full of life experience! Check on Specials an times it will be crowded most times! However the wait is worthwhile, I guarantee you will enjoy it all!
