I'll give it 4 stars because every 4th trip we make we get a bum meal but overall we have a good time and usually have good service

I visited 2 times in September a business trip last year and had a pleasant meal. I would like to go again if I have a chance.

Love the food especially biscuits and cinnamon butter! I order to go and my food is brought out in no less than 5 mins. Which I love also. Havent ate inside but 1x since pandemic and it was crowded and not spaced out so I didnt like that about it at all and workers arent wearing a mask and get all close to take order because its so loud inside. So I wouldnt suggest eating in but it still taste great to go!

They were super busy but they got us right in. The service was the best I have had in many years. Food was perfect. If you order before 5: 30 the price is less than McDonald's.

First time being there. Was surprised how packed it was at 5pm. Had a party of 8 and still the wait was not long at all. Waiter was on the spot for drinks as the party arrived. Food came out quickly. Everything coomed perfectly. They had an early bird special which was a great deal and still plenty of food. Waiter kept up on clearimg plates and filling drinks. Great experience all around.

Our sever was very kind and attentive. We couldnt get the combo sampler due to staffing. Rattle snake bites were chewy. Our main course took abnormally long to come out. And when it did. Was highly disappointed. Our food died in the window. The bread was hotter than our food. Chicken was tough. We havent been to this location in a very long time due to issues before. Thought we'd give it a try since it was my birthday. This was just a huge mistake. The other servers hung around the registers behind our booth and knocked a dust pan over into the aisle and didnt pick it up for at the least 30 mins. I got up to get the wallet out of our car and almost stepped on it. Because i assumed they would have picked it up while next to it. I came back in 3 servers wouldnt move so i could get by i said excuse me one moved but not without looking annoyed by me. We usually order rolls and a dessert togo but we decided against this due to said experience. Then we got up to depart the 3 servers at the registers literally refused to move said excuse us still no movement. How rude. As we walked by the door for the kitchen some were goofing off. I get its the end of the night but move further away into the back to do so. As a guest it made me thing hey thats why our food was hardly warm when it got to us. We didn't complain to anyone there everyone seemed in a rush. So we just made due considering it was late and was hungry from our busy day. Decided to reheat the half of my rice and onion and gravyThere is mushrooms in itWhen we specified mushroom allergy.i literally thought i was just having a i was so worn out from the day and having a drink. No my body was fighting a reaction to the mushrooms. So this is just horrible. MyMouth is numb throat is tingling but i hope Benadryl will fix it. But i hope no one else will have to deal with this type of issues. Allergies are just that. Someone could die from their reactions i didnt see the mushroom last night because its in the half i didnt eat. Its only one slice but its still an allergy. Im usually very understanding but at this location its happened multiple times.

Food was great, and server was very attentative to our needs, and other employees were also, asked how we were doing many times, feels good to have people check.

Call ahead seating worked out well. We had a great server who was very attentive and our food was delicious. A great experience!

Can't even take a Togo order. I was told that I could not even come in to place a Togo order cause they had no staff available.

We had some trouble getting silverware anf smallat first to butter our rolls which iskindvof big deal with their cinnamon butter we had to ask twice. My dinner was good but my cousin ribs were so overcooked she couldn't eat them. I would have sent them back but she didn't want to do that.

Food was good but what really made the meal was this amazing waitress. Wish I remembered her name. Anytime we needed something she was right there.

Our meals were served hot and cooked perfectly. I had the NY strip and the wife had a steak and rib combo dinner. The staff was very attentive, fast, and friendly. The entire experience made for an excellent relaxing night out.

Texas Roadhouse is the best place for great food and atmosphere. The onion bloom and rattlesnake bites are very good appetitizers

I have always had a good experience at at a texas road house and this is no exception, make sure you do call ahead seating, there is almost always a wait if you don't

Whoa this place gets busy on a Friday night! We drove up to meet our family (12 hour car ride) and since we had a large party of 8 there was a wait, which we fully expected. We were told it was going to be an hour and a half but since parties of 8 can only be accommodated with two spots in the restaurant we ended up waiting two hours. The staff was pretty concerned about our wait and made it right with us by offering a complementary appetizer when we were seated. Our server was friendly even after a slammed Friday night as was the manager. Food was great as well. Overall great experience but I might look elsewhere if you have a large party and are trying to go on a Friday night.

Our server was really good. He was very kind courteous and professional. There was four of us total two steaks and two burgers. Both steaks and one of the burgers was cooked improperly. All three overcooked, like Well Done vs. Medium. Overall the experience was good I just wish whatever the issue was with the cooks gets corrected.

They were helpful on this and sent me compensation for the trouble. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for being so professional and caring for your customers.

Placed to go order 3 road kill dinners two with corn and sweet potatoe one with corn and mashed loaded. The two that we did get steakburgers were undercooked and we didn't get the 3rd one or our sweet potatoes. This is 2nd time of 3 orders something like this has happened the last time they dumped what appeared to be a bottle of salt on our potatoes and forgot one of the burgers. The other time we dined in there and it was okay then just overly crowded is all. If that doesn't bother you though it was a good time. But when someone tips 25% for takeout would think this would not happen. I get people are short on staff and its night end of night at that order but still. They gave us tons of butter no sweet potatoes and missing oneof our steakburgers aka roadkill burgers so have to now share between 3 people what is for less then two small things of dried out corn and one very small portion of mashed potatoes and two steak burgers that are a mod to smaller size. Hopefully I can. Update tom that they took care of this but we will see. I really enjoy this restaurant so I really hope they make it right.by time we made it home and went to eat the phones were down at 11pm. The last time staff I spoke to was very polite and apologized for this so hoping they do same this time around cause this is huge inconvenience when it's too late to get food elsewhere cause of covid everywhere closes earlier.

I think the franchise is the best place to get a good quality steak? The service normally is great and the rolls are always delicious no talking about the meat because is as usual. A nice place for a join or family reunion.
