I've never had a bad time or a bad meal at any of the Texas Roadhouse restaurants I've been to! Love this France!

Steaks and bake potatoes were over cooked and not enough salad dressing
It was take out not dine in! Didn't realize how bad the food was until we got home!

We had 3 people who had a birthday and took them out to eat. We didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our waitress Aisha was the best. Always making sure we had what we needed, joking and an all around great personality. Our food was hot and delicious.

I had Portobello chicken, sweet potato and salad. I ate every bite it was so good. The service was great.

It was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great, and I couldn't really believe the price. We had a party of three, got two alcohol drinks, 3 adult steak and rib dinners all for $90 well plus tip it was only $120 for a beyond wonderful meal and good time

Came into today for lunch with our kids and parents. We were prepared to wait because we are a large group. So when they told us we had to wait for another server to arrive before being seated I was fine. But when I realized they had already seated a large group and then seated another large group that came in after us I was angry. Wondering why we were singled out to wait while other large groups were seated right away. Extremely rude! This maybe my last time eating here. If I wasn't outvoted I would have left.

Believe it or not I had the best filet, my lucky day. Better than some I have had in some of the finest steak houses

It was a Saturday nite and I knew not to go before 7: 30. Got there around 8: 15 and decided to sit at the bar rather than wait for any available surrounding table. The couple I was seated beside were really loud and obnoxious but I could not move since it was the only available place to sit. I endured it but man, they were swearing and talking really loud, oblivious to anyone near them. I'm sure the bartenders could hear also. The only saving grace was the burger, it was very good, and the service was OK but not the best since the waitstaff was pretty frazzled. I'm gonna go back on an off-nite and give it another chance. Never again on a weekend nite.

The service was poor to say the least. My steak was severely undercooked and by the time anyone came to check my wife and I were done with the rest of our meal. I didn't even touch the steak. And I was still made to pay for it. By far the worst experience ever.

You really can't go wrong with this place! I like a 12 oz ribeye with a Pittsburgh sear on it! Medium rare of course

First time dining at this Zanesville Texas Roadhouse establishment. Free standing building with lots of parking available and handicap parking as well. Wheelchair accessible entrance. New building, open for business 2021. Near on ramp/off ramp to 70. Great location and near hotels and other chain restaurants. Clean facility with a good ambient atmosphere. Front desk hosts could be more attentive and friendly to their guests. Our server was exceptional, he was pleasant, friendly, courteous and outstanding. Was quite busy on a Sunday afternoon, luncheon hours, as we expected it would be after Church Mass. We all (5 of us) ordered steaks of course but unfortunately, 3 of 5 were not cooked proper and one particular had to be sent back which took much longer than expected so everyone was done with their meals and we waited for him to eat his. Manager on site was professional and friendly and made it right. Kudos to him, thank you. Overall, our dining experience was a good one thanks to a terrific young man who was our server, Johnny, and the wonderful manager. This Zanesville location is great for one person to dine in to larger parties. Full service bar (limited drafts unfortunately) located center of floor and lots of seating availability. Large building. Clean restrooms. Menu offers many scrumptious options to choose from, not just their deliciously known fresh, never frozen beef. Staff do follow covid rules. I highly recommend this establishment in Zanesville to other diners in search for a good meal with exceptional service and fantastic atmosphere. Bon appetit and Godspeed everyone!

I miss the big ole barrel of Peanuts. Hostest not that friendly, but professional. Waiter was on point. Rib Eye was cooked properly.seasoned well.

Our 6 year *meeting* Anny!? Aisha was tremendous! My strawberry daiquiri was deliciously * non-alcohol-y tasting! Snakebites we're killer on my lips! But cooled with my water!
