Texas Roadhouse, Hamilton OH

I got a salid with rolls first. Then they brought a steak and a half rack of ribs. I first cut a piece of steak. While chewing, I felt my stomach start rolling. I grabed my 18" cloth napkin and started to puke. Before I made it to bathroom, everything was running out of sides and between my fingers. I made it to a toilet, and continued to puke. After another 15 minutes I get cleaned up and go back to my seat. I asked for a to go container, and went home. I felt great after throwing up. I had a great meal the next day and didn't get sick.

Probably was the worst experience I've had anywhere. Server was good, food was second rate at best, steak was over done. Next steak I get out will be at Outback.

Where to start? Was told it would be 1 1/2 hr call ahead wait, which became just over 2 hrs. Server was prompt and quick to take our orders. Since it was such a long wait we order food and appetizers together. Appetizers took a little long, but they were busy. Food took over an hour to get to our table. Fries were warm and streaks were over cooked. All in all the server was the only highlight to our visit!

Good family roadhouse. Some things are a little gimmicky just as with any chain restaurant but when it comes to a good family restaurant with a great atmosphere you would be hard pressed to find better in the area. So put on your best blue jeans and head on on down.

Great steaks, too bad it's the only steakhouse in Hamilton. My only gripe is when trying to have a nice dinner with a friend and our conversation is drown out by the fifth birthday cheer in less than a hour. Maybe they need to insist those birthday cheers be for little kids only, if your 13+ then you don't get them.

Love coming here, would request that everyone be considerate other customers who are here to enjoy their food and not here to listen to their screaming kids. Customers/parents who have kids that misbehave need to leave them at home. My appetite kinda went south with the noise going on.

The waitress I had (Amber) was super nice and thoughtful for bringing me a to go box without me asking. 12/28/2018

I came here for my birthday (Dec 29) and had AMAZING service. I didn't have to wait long for a table and my food was perfectly cooked compared to any other steak place. It's very hard to find a place that can perfectly cook a medium rare and not make it taste like rubber but they did! And the shrimp! Yum yum! I will definitely come next birthday! Perfect place to share memories with family and friends!

I placed an order online it said it would be ready at 8: 05pm i got there at 8: 04 waited until 8: 27 to get my food and it was all cold by the time we was able to get it and we only live 2 mins away and the cashier was so rude

I love this place. Never had a bad meal. Service is always great. My only complaint is the hours. They don't open early enough. Times i wanted a steak for lunch. Couldn't get one. Had to settle for something less appealing some place else.

My favorite place to go on a date with my girlfriend! Early dine is great and gives us exactly what we want at an amazing price! The bread and cinnamon butter is to die for. Thanks for the awesome service!

GREAT SERVICE! We had a wonderful server, who truly liked his job. The food was delivered in a timely fashion, and it wasnt to croweded for being a friday night at 8 p.m. I would recommend this place to anybody out of town, looking for a good meal.

Texas roadhouse is a Hamilton staple. I'm pretty sure they've been in business because the food is good and it's family friendly. The rolls are hands down my favorite with the cinnamon butter. My favorite entree is the fried cat fish. You get plenty of food for your money. I'm not a huge fan of steak but my family enjoys eating it.

This is the first time in a long long time the food was awesome! The salad was cold not warm as usual. The steaks were cooked to perfection! I think it must be under new management and new cooks. Matter a fact it's gotta be, that's how much it has improved!

Severs are horrid anytime there is a hint of a rush consistantly over the last 8 years Food is amazing though and there is not an option for steak nearby so there you go

The food was cook perfectly and the whole staff was great except my server.
He brought me my food and one drink I even ordered a beer.
Normally if you get a drink from the bar they check on you like evrry 5 minutes but not him.
And I had to ask for the bill.
I don't believe he has it in him to work in customer service.
The women where fantastic.

The store in Hamilton is our favorite place to eat! The manager Shelly is so friendly and does such a great job of making us feel welcome. The wait staff if friendly and attentive and our food is always tasty!

When the Cheesecake Factory failed to be able to handle our party of 17, we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse in West Chester, Ohio to celebrate a Birthday. They were more than accommodating, they had us seated right away & the best service was provided by Tiara Towe. She was hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She handled our party with ease & was very attentive to all our needs. Tiara made our evening with her excellent service! Thank you, Tiara!

Great service, very friendly and warm. The atmosphere is that of a cozy southern vibe, perfect for family lunch or dinner! The music of choice is pop-country. They have a small-medium sized bar. Their steak is to die for! Also their magaritas are very delicious, a perfect size for a good time and to complement any dish!

Ribs were amazing. Sweet potato loaded.even better. Even slightly burned the marshmallow. We were there for a birthday party and the server was the best! Our parties tried to one up each other on the tip, because she was so great. She even brought her peers over to sing Happy birthday to the guest of honor!

Absolutely love going here.call ahead seating gets you in quickly and service is always good. Large variety of foods make it a nice place to go even for the non steak lovers in your family. Enjoy a birthday there or stay for a dance they will do for dinner!
