The warm and friendly welcome I received the moment I walked in the door made me feel like I’d been a customer for years. Their knowledge of high end watches was exceptional! I came in to have jewelry tested and to sell some and was so pleased. Cody helped me and was friendly and informative! I met TY, the owner, of over 40 years. He is great! I didn't catch the name of the lady but she was sweet and friendly.

Stopped in to try and support local business rather than shop online. Saw a nice 14k rope chain, 48 grams. Was quoted a price of $3,300. That is $68.75 per gram. Went elsewhere and bought a new 14k, 40 gram rope for $52 per gram. 3 stars was being generous because they were nice enough guys but thats about it. I'd be nice too if I was marking my products up that high. Maybe its a good place to sell used or scrap jewlery if they buy as high as they sell, but as far as purchasing gold, I would look elsewhere.

Fantastic place to buy gold and silver coins/bars. I recently purchased silver bars and had a concern about one of the bars a week later. They immediately offered to swap it with another and then showed me their testing process for silver. It turned out that the bar in question was fine. They guarantee all sales and I could not be happier to be a return customer!
