The 1 Tree Service, Columbus OH

Notified me prior to showing up so I could be ready. They were quick and cleaned up very well and seem to have all the proper equipment. My interaction with the office staff via phone (Casey) was exceptional as well. I highly recommend these folks for your tree removal.

Walter did great job and saved my time by using videocalls before and after doing the job.

They were very prompt taking down a very tall apple tree and kept me posted as to when they would be arriving. I would highly recommend this company. The stump was grinded as well.

I had a time crunch and needed to get trees trimmed back and away from the roof before having it replaced.
I put in a request for an estimate through Angie's List and they got back to me in less than an hour to set up a time.
The gentleman was able to come out either the same day or next day. Hard to remember because it happened so quickly.
I walked him around the property and he was pleasant and professional and explained everything in detail.
Before the day was up, I had an estimate for work in my email and it was detailed. There were pictures attached and I was thoroughly impressed.
They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in earlier than originally believed which was great given the constraints I had.
When the team showed up to do the work, they were so friendly. Walter was the nicest man in the world and the crew with him were awesome as well.
They did everything that was in the estimate and cleaned up afterwards and even closed the gate to the backyard.
When my wife got home, she was very pleased and said we should keep that number should we need help in the future.
I would absolutely use them again. Professional, responsive and friendly.

The 1 Tree Service did a fantastic job taking down several very large trees that grew very close to a rental property of mine. Their quote came in several hundred less than local competitors. The communication and "after job" clean up was awesome. I look forward to doing business again the future.

Their service was affordable an was very quick, had a big limb come down on some power lines an another about to fall as well, their clean up is amazing can't even tell that they were even here!

The 1 Tree Service yard sign has earned a spot in my yard for a few weeks. Great service, Great Communication (Angelina & Casey), Crew was professional & efficient, ZERO clean-up on my part when they left.

1 Tree Service did a great job cutting down two large pine trees and grinding the stumps. The guys doing the work were very easy to work with and very polite. I would highly recommend this business.

This is our fifth experience contracting with The 1 Tree Service. For this visit, Walter and the other two men on the crew were very friendly and efficient. They were on time and completed the work in about one hour. We will continue to contract with this good company for our future tree cutting projects!

Came out did estimate, gave several choices to what job to be done. Got back wit estimates

The 1 tree service did a wonderful job. We received a few quotes and they were by far the cheapest. They communicated everything well through completion of the project. They showed up early, got rid of everything, and did a great clean-up afterward. We were impressed with how quickly they worked and how well they cleaned up. Before and after photos are attached.

I had them come out to cut down a large hackberry that was leaning on a detached garage, and probably would’ve damaged my house if it fell. I had several estimates over the last year from various tree services. Most didn’t seem to want my business and would overbid the job to see if I’d bite (I didn’t bite.) One other estimator said “hell no! ” as he exited his truck.

I think Greg (?) from The 1 tree service came out for the estimate. He was pleasant and returned the quote within a day. Angelina was the office coordinator that helped. She was very nice kept me up-to-date on the process, which involved a them renting a VERY large crane.

I was not home for the removal, but my wife was. She said the guys were great and encouraged her to take a look at the process when it was safe to do so. She was taking pictures and videos during the whole time.

I was able to talk with my next door neighbor about getting a tree is his yard taken down also. The 1 Tree Service was able to squeeze him the same day. Both of our trees were done in about 4-5 hours total.

If I didn’t know there was a 60 ton crane parked on my asphalt driveway, I would’ve have never known. The crew left the place probably cleaner that it was before.

I wish I had more trees for them to cut down. Experience was great!

1 Tree removed my 35' tree, ground the stump, and had the whole tree into the chipper in 21 minutes. In the next 20 minutes they cleaned up the area. I was amazed at how the team worked and their professionalism. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful, including the office staff. I wish I had another tree so that I could call them again.

The 1 Tree Service was fantastic. They did a really great job, and under 1 hour. They were very responsive from the start; right on time (even on a snowy day), and very professional. You couldn’t tell there was a tree where it used to be. I highly recommend 1 Tree Service.

Worked here one day and left. I had the worst experience they push you so far as to you can't handle it like some hard-core TV show type experience.
