When you come, ask for Eli! He was super attentive and gave great recs on drinks and sushi options. 1126 is reasonably priced and a great walking spot in the short north — make a reservation

Staff always friendly, orders always ready. One of the better restaurants for a delivery driver to deal with.

Good sushi, fairly fresh and tasty. Common selection. The place is a bit noisy and way too cold.

Great experience. My little sister wanted to gather here with family, friends and colleagues for drinks and food for her birthday, and her husband delivered! It was a rocky start in the beginning. However, the manager came out and we were able to get a new server and the rest of the evening went perfect thanks 1126 restaurant for making sure we were taken care of. You have to remember to pay to park on the street or you will come out to a ticket!

Visited with a friend while we were out exploring restaurants we haven’t tried before. The Tiger roll we ordered and shared was delicious! Good quality fish, nice sized roll, and the roll was served quickly. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly. She suggested trying the Crispy Tuna on a future visit. Based on how much I liked the Tiger Roll, I will be back to try the Crispy Tuna!

Went for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend and got to have Tina as our server, she was so kind about my peanut allergy and had amazing recommendations especially the fried oysters. This place continues to impress me with its quality and consistency of its sushi. Thanks again Tina!

This place has an amazing Japanese old fashioned drink and I had to bring my sister here cause she loves sushi. They were very attentive to us and we had died our hair color that day which ironically matched their seats lol I love this place

Service was spectacular. Sushi was nicely made. Ambiance is ok. You can see what they were going for. Just a little bit unkempt and a little loud. Lights also way too bright.

If you are new to sushi, usually don't spend alot on food, or don't care about quality, then this spot is probably good to you. If you like sushi, and actually eat REAL sushi not only veggie rolls, then AVOID this spot. Quality of raw sushi is horrible, you are at a higher risk of catching something. Obv if they employ non-asians at an asian restaurant, it's not going to be as good service or food. Got a spicy tuna roll but it looked like a 2 week old tuna.

Fantastic rolls and awesome to watch them prepare right in front of you! Really great cocktail menu. Wish there was a happy hour!

I have gone here for years and loved it but tonight I had the worst sushi of my life. There has to be something that went wrong in the kitchen. The sushi was so mushy and soft it couldn’t even be held up by chopsticks. The avocado was so Grey and brown, and tasted awful. Don’t think I’m going back. $75 wasted

Best sushi restaurant I’ve been to in Columbus so far. The vibes and most importantly the food are on point. Apps included shumai and the soft shell crab. Let me tell you…. The soft shell crab was FIRE. Crispy, full of flavor, and paired with a nice sauce. If you like tempura you will love this. Definitely an app for two. Sushi rolls included the 1126, blue fin tuna, monster, and spider. Monster was my personal fave - no soy sauce needed. Also check out that presentation tho - very on point. Lastly I feel this is a nice date spot. 5/5 will be coming back.

This was my first time at The 1126. I am happy to say I discovered THE BEST Japanese appetizers and sushi in the city! Friendly service and a relaxing and fun ambiance! I can't wait to introduce other friends to this place.

Incredible sushi options. Loved the menu variety. Fish was fresh as anything. Service was amazing-great touchpoints and check-in's were just right. Playlist was incredible-and the Jeopardy on the TV screen. Excellent experience all around!
