I had a terrible experience at this salon and won't be back.

I came in for partial highlights (just a few around my face) and a haircut. The stylist was condescending from the moment that I sat down. She insisted that I needed a full highlight. I left the salon with yellow/orange striped hair (I have light brown hair) that was incredibly damaged. She told me mid-process not to look at my hair, that it would look better later. I think she realized that it looked awful. I had only colored my hair twice in my entire life prior to this visit and my hair was long, thick, and healthy. When I left my hair was a dry/frizzy/damaged discolored mess. When I checked out, the stylist increased the price of my service to nearly $300 as she added the full highlight and an overall toner, saying "it won't be as much next time. " I was appalled. As another reviewer noted, price changes - especially nearly $100 increases - should be discussed before the service is rendered.

I called several days later to complain after friends and family confirmed how bad my hair looked. The stylist was again condescending and said "sometimes it takes a few times to get the look you want. " Multiple sessions for a few face-framing highlights? Huh? She did not even apologize that I was unhappy with my hair. I've since had to spend hundreds to correct the damage.

This is my second time to be in the AB salon cosse tee she is the one do my hair she have a golden hand she do my hair perfect and so pretty she’s an artist?

Cossette is incredible! She is always so sweet and answers any questions her clients have so kindly. A lot of stylists can come off a little funky but her chair is always a safe place!

Cossette is the absolute best and will fix and transform your hair with any kind of extensions. Consistent and genuine to all their salon customers and highly recommended

My 13 year old daughter had been wanting her first “style” to her hair for months. Her experience at the AB Salon left her with an ear-to-ear smile that lasted for days. She got a cut, layers and color and could6 have been any happier. The stylists were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable which added to the great experience for my daughter. We will definitely book a return appointment.

Bari is AMAZING! I have been going to her for years. She is so kind and very talented. She takes the time to listen and help decide on what is best for my hair and what looks best for me.

Beware of deceptive pricing practices at this salon. I have had my hair done here twice, and been very happy with the result. The first visit, in July, my balayage/cut/style cost about $250 which I found to be reasonable. During my visit this past weekend I was informed after I was already in foils that the stylist's pricing had changed since the last visit and her rates are now $80/hour. I was not made aware of this before my appointment or the service, and was not told how this would impact the price compared to my previous visit. At the end I was charged $300 for the time of service (4 hours, which is also insane) plus the cost of a cut, and toner. A price increase of >$100 in 10 weeks should be clearly communicated to customers.
