The Alcove of Turpin Hills, Cincinnati OH

The new management in 2022 has made many positive changes… all of the staff is super friendly and the maintenance manager is the best and most thorough I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

New management and staff has been great. I have lived here for around a year and a half and anytime I have had an issue I can just go talk to Cassie or Tiffany in the office and feel confident it will be dealt with. Mike is the maintenance manager and does a great job with any problems with any of the apartments. Super friendly staff that is always here to help. Prices did go up but that is everywhere around here and they have been making updates to the complex. The clubhouse/ gym is always cleaned and maintained. The pool has brand new furniture all around it including grills and tvs. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

Mike, the maintenance man is great! He’s a quick and effective worker, he cares about the community and the residents in it. Management here is great as well, the girls in the office are so sweet. They all care about the residents here and are working hard to make sure that families here are safe and happy in their homes. They are truly caring and very welcoming!

The place is always underconstruction not a good place to live if you're a college student that needs some peace when studying. They give you like an hour notice when shutting off water and working on the building. My room had bedbugs in it, and they just recently started putting in unfinished amenities as an excuse to jack up the price $600 dollars and claim that's it's a luxury apartment complex, don't be fooled, don't waste your time and money here. It's not a luxury complex it's a middle class low class complex that they are trying to repaint and up charge. They aren't loyal to their previous tenants either. They give you little to no reason for why they've jacked up rent for $600 and tell you to leave if you don't like it. Also the creak the others have mentioned is covered in pollution, debris and trash from the construction companies and the complex. It's worrying to see this pollution and the extent of damage that's been done to the environment might end up calling the ohio epa, or the clermont County soil and water division.

So we have lived here since last October. We absolutely love Cassie and Tiffany the new leasing officer. Anytime we have need of anything Cassie is quick to respond. She cares about the community here. The Alcove has come along way since new ownership. Living here has been a blessing for me and my family. Also, its a quiet neighborhood and neighbors are great!

Cassie and Jonnel are an amazing team! They are so helpful and create a wonderful community to live at.

The Alcove is a nice, comfortable place, with perfect location in Anderson Township. The staff has also been fantastic through the opening of the pool and fitness center! Truly gives such a grand community feel. Overall, there's not much I can say besides. I love the Alcove!

There is a lot of hustle and bustle around the community while it is under construction. New remodels, new faces, and optimistic spirits. I'm grateful for my community I am grateful for the new team jumping in and working diligently to get things done. Anytime I have had a need it has been addressed very quickly. I love waking up in the morning and having the beautiful sound of nature. Being nestled in between some beautiful trees and a sweet little creek this space allows room to just relax. The ride home almost feels like being in the country but it is super convenient to Cincinnati and Eastgate. I feel pretty blessed to call this little spot home.

So thankful for new management! Ms. Jonnel and Ms. Cassie are an amazing team.always there when we need and such a fun duo. Thanks to all of the hard work going into our community, it's a really great place to live!

This place has a very welcoming community. The new management team is quick to respond to calls and/or emails and is efficient in finding solutions to questions or problems. The application and lease transfer processes are so simple that I found it to be stress free.
The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and have a nice layout, plus the staff has been adding subtle renovations to each apartment and the complex.
The place feels tucked away from the city with all of the trees surrounding the property, yet is only a few minutes away from many restaurants, stores, and parks. For how affordable the apartments are, It’s easy to create a home here.

This place is a joke! Do not apply here! They will steal the $100 you pay during the application which is supposed to be returned if you are not approved or put towards the security deposit if you are accepted. I called and told them about it and no one ever got back to me and now i cant even get ahold of anyone that works their.
