It was good. Wait time was a little long but the option to be able to wait in your car and come through side door is great. Dr. Ramos was very informative and you could tell she really cares about the animals she treats. I will definitely be coming back!

I have taken all my fur babies there! 3 bunnies and 2 dogs! Everyone is so kind to the animals and to the pet parents.

The Animal Hospital on Mt. Lookout Square is always my first choice- even for emergency pet care. They not only care for the sick or injured pet, they educate and reassure the pet owner. I highly recommend them.

Always great veterinary care, our dogs have been cared for there for the past 21 years…our two previous pup’s lives were extended by the incredible treatment they received over the years. Highly recommended.

They were phenomenal with helping me finding out what was wrong with my 16 year old cat. They were informative and helpful with letting me know he’s diabetic and how to administer his insulin. I was so scared but they helped me understand how he was going to be just fine and won’t feel it. It’s been a few days and he has been doing so much better. Thank you to everyone and Dr. Coe for everything. I’ll be taking my 17 year old Cocker Spaniel there too once my cat is fully settled.

We love Dr. McCready and the entire staff! They are so helpful and friendly over the phone, when we check in, and spend time answering all our questions! We never feel rushed and always feel like our concerns are addressed. They are so knowledgeable and patient! We can’t recommend them enough! They are amazing! Everyone is so kind and gentle with my animals! I have a cat that has a skin condition that makes me skin extremely fragile and have left many vets because I feel they handled her too rough and this place was so gentle with her! I also bring my dog here and he loves everyone there! They explain everything they’re doing and make sure I’m comfortable with it as well! Absolutely would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Well-run vet practice, high standard of care and excellent administrative procedures. You can even speak to a human when you call with only one set of menu options.

After trying a few different practices we have finally landed at the best place for us. Very knowledgeable, caring and practical care for our senior dog.

Needed a vet that sees exotic pets and got with Dr. Levitas. Over the three years we’ve been a client with Mt Lookout Animal Hospital, we’ve been ignored repeatedly when informed we would get a call back after communicating our concerns with our pets health.

Our pet was in his last stages and appeared to be in discomfort and we wanted to coordinate him being put down. We were told Dr. Levitas would call us back as he had stepped out. Again, he never called us and our pet passed away in our home. We called the animal hospital back and we were brushed aside and told to go to Sharonville if we wanted to cremate him or we could pay $100 to bring him in.

I’ve never left a review for any place, but no pet parent should have to deal with being ignored and left in the dark while their pet is suffering. If you have dogs and cats, I suppose this place is fine. If you have more uncommon pets, I’d find somewhere else that cares about small animals.

We wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Dr. McCready and Tabitha. The 2 of them went above and beyond when we were facing the hardest of times with our 14yr old beloved dog Levi. As Levi was becoming uncomfortable and not able to walk the day before Christmas Eve, we knew his time to leave us and cross the rainbow bridge was unfortunately here. He had been struggling for roughly a year and as his dog Dad for 14yrs I knew he was defeated and ready.

Dr. McCready and Tabitha were able to visit our home down the street from the square and help us to have Levi pass peacefully in my arms and at home in bed. This all being the day before Christmas Eve and icy road conditions.

As it was such a tough and unfortunate time, because of them they were able to make Levi as comfortable and loved as ever in his final moments here with us. It wasn’t about vet fees, it wasn’t about money, they just simply were concerned and cared in helping us and it showed.

We will be forever thankful for your effort and just pure kindness. We know Levi was grateful as well. Thank you Dr. McCready and Tabitha and to all of Mt Lookout animal hospital for being such a great animal clinic.
