The Arcade Cleveland reviews
33Small mall with a few shops and some restaurants. The old school barber shop is a great touch, and the architecture is truly jaw dropping.
The restaurants here are superb. The hotel is fantastic. I love being inside the building especially when they light up the inside hall at night. Please do not pass the opportunity to go to Daydreams and Tea. It's central to access the city. It is a place I will forever enjoy returning to again and again.
Very nice inside, clean not all shops were open yet, which should chance once covid restrictions are lifted.
Went there with family. Parking expensive, shops closed but cool. The design is amazing but not worth it
Nice café on the ground floor. 24 hr gym and in the middle of all the restaurants in the area. Rooms were nice and clean and staff was great.
The inside was really nice looking, but otherwise a pretty pointless building. We came here twice this past weekend. Once it was closed due to a private event (graduation or prom I guess) and the other time it was open but none of the 2 businesses inside were open. (Theres more than 2 businesses in there, but its like a state farm office, and then some small food shops)
Beautiful historic building, but not much for shopping. The small businesses owners are very friendly.
One of the most gorgeous buildings I have been to and we are privileged to have it in the CLE. Great food vendors - Boney Fingers, Ohio City Burrito, Campbells - yeah I'm lookin at you kid - just awesome!
This hotel was a great location downtown and was absolutely gorgeous! Will definitely utilize it for future stays in downtown Cleveland.
Service very bad when food came my husband food was cold.we never got are appetizer until after we had gotten are food and then I had requested sweet potato fries never got them until right before we were ready to leave manger was called to the table to tell him about everything he did take the appetizer off the bill and he kept apologizing but it still did make us happy terrible service I would not recommend.
This place was almost as empty as a ghost town. There was only two places to eat that was open. There are just a handful of shops that were even in there.
Inside it's pretty empty. Some store fronts face the street. Public area didn't seem air conditioned on a hot day.
This beautiful building is a treasure. I would love to stay in the hotel just to spend more time here. There are also several restaurants and a chocolate bar in the building.
You definitely need to put this place on your must see list! It is amazing! Absolutely beautiful!
Great place to visit, quite close to a high budget, but it looks so nice and has such an important past, that it is worth to stop 10 minutes there to visit it
This place offers an ATM, Public bathrooms, and some shops
The interior designe for this place is amazing, the glass roof & the detail in the walls are beautiful.it quite there, not busy, some art shops, coffee shop, not much.but i will give 5 stars not for the shop, but for the beauty of this fantastic building.
For those visiting for the first time, this is not exactly a mall. It is a hotel and I really wish we had known that before hand. Would have have been a beautiful place to stay at. There are a few shops and place for dining.
Gorgeous building! Had a great visit.
We had a great time. The Hotel is nice and there's a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
This place is pure historic architectural masterpiece HEAVEN! Truly a destination place for any lover of Beaux Arts period. It has been meticulously restored to Rockefeller's specs ~ and it sparkles with pure elegance & truth!
