The Avenue District, Cleveland OH

We love our apartment! Brand new appliances, clean, and a great community room! The big plus is the great spacious patio.

The staff is very friendly and very responsive and maintenance is great.

We love the gym and the hair salon in the building.

The location is great in downtown very close to amusements and restaurants! Highly recommended!

If you are into downtown living The Avenue District is the place. Location is totally convenient to everything, the management if fantastic, and the people are friendly. It's a nice quite place to call home.

We just moved in a few months ago and feel very much at home. The staff is awesome. Great customer service. The apartment (2BR) has a great layout with beautiful views and very spacious. We downsized from a pretty spacious home in Pepper Pike, and this living space is perfect for us. Also, can't beat location. We can walk practically everywhere, plus the free trolley stops right by apartment. And, everything is a $8 uber ride away. People who live here are awesome and friendly.

The staff at the Avenue District is incredibly helpful and friendly, and goes out of their way to help with anything that might come up. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, and has every amenity you could possibly want in a downtown Cleveland apartment. I love it here and would not live anywhere else downtown.

I lived here for two years and it was a great place to live! It’s a great location, downtown but easy to access with minimal surrounding traffic. The residents are all friendly and respectful of each other. It’s a community that likes to spend time together and the management would always organize fun events of the residents (holiday party, breakfast mimosas etc) It’s quiet and I never had any issues with noise. It is also not a crowded building so you are never stuck waiting for the elevator. The building is clean and well maintained. The apartments themselves have great layouts with tons of storage space, which is hard to find in apartments these days. Most importantly the management team, including Jenn, Ryan and Chuck, are all incredible to work with! They are responsive, understanding and always willing to help at all hours of the day! If I wasn’t moving out of the city I would have definitely stayed at the Avenue and highly recommend it to anyone moving to Cleveland!
