6My husband and I were treated horribly! I had my sister book a jacuzzi room as a surprise for my husband's birthday. She was to run the hot tub, decorate the room with balloons and rose petals, and then place the key inside my car while we were at a nearby restaurant. After she gave me the green light, we headed to the hotel. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the elevator as the hotel is rather small and you can see all the rooms just standing in the lobby. The associate working at the counter, Sahil, came out an asked if we needed anything and we replied "No, thanks". We continued to the elevator and he asked what room we were in, which I found EXTREMELY INVASIVE! I travel often for work and I vacation frequently and I've NEVER been asked this by a front desk staff. Typically customers approach the desk if they are lost or have any questions, which we did not. I told him what room we were in and then he asked if my sister was coming back, which clearly ruined my husbands birthday surprise. My husband thought we were there for a completely different reason. This ruined everything and we felt that we were being discriminated against. I will not return nor recommend for business or pleasure trips. This was uncalled for and he should have minded his business. HORRIBLE TREATMENT!
Nice hotel, good accommodation for its price. Especially was impressed about breakfasts, everybody can find something tasty there
Beautiful New Orleans style decor and a wonderful staff! The lobby makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into the French Quarters! Always nice and quiet and clean! The rooms are huge and they have a hot breakfast in the mornings that’s served in the bar/cafe area. There was a full service bar there but not anymore so that area serves as the breakfast eating area. There’s a nice size outdoor pool and exercise room. Great place to stay and I feel like it’s my second home!
Loved it! Beautiful place, and so large. The rooms were huge with a dining area and a beautiful work station. The staff wlas polite but and everything was very clean except the carpet in the room. It was pretty stained and that was the reason I didn't give it 5 stars
Hotel was nice. 1st night was nice and quiet. 2nd night, I could hear music playing or a loud TV. Noise traffics and echos in this place.
It was very nice and was surprised by it all. The employees were nice, the decor was amazing, rooms were clean and nice and roomy. Breakfast needs to be a little better, you do expect things to be hot, like the eggs and sausage, and not warm and they bite into a cold spot. Beds were comfortable. Place was very quiet all weekend.
