I always go here for my medical needs. A big shout out and thank you to Joshua Sohoen for helping me and educating me on numerous of products. I as a veteran really appreciate it sir.

So unprofessional! The cashiers wasted more time talking about hair and makeup, that I waited 35 minutes for an order that I placed online before I got there. JUST GO TO RISE INSTEAD!

You have a nice store. You just need to have better deals for customers trust me with issue 2 passing you’ll want to stay relevant or you’ll be left in the dust. No one likes the brand cresco they are horrible as well as pure Ohio they suck. Buckeye Relife is some of the worst weed I have ever smoked in my entire life I’m 27. I know it’s not your fault just be more selective and focus on selling better brands like Willie’s and matter and the better affordable brands. Klutch is great so is riviera creek. Galanes cost too much and it’s usually dry stick with brands that produce good flower that’s your best bet. Much love.

Terrible, If you take public photographs and video for a living the staff at Botanist might try to run you over. Someone should get fired.

There is an employee named Ally/Allison McGraw (she does not work at the Lakeside Cleveland location, but she does work for the company) that has been threatening and harassing me via text message. Because another employee Joshua Schoen (does work at the Lakeside Cleveland location) gave her my number or she took it out of his phone. I had to say I would go to the police to make her stop. Not sure what Joshua Schoen's issue with me is. I still have the text messages. Everyone else is wonderful though!

My go to dispensary in Cleveland. All of the staff is nice and knowledgeable of products and equipment. Prices are usually on point. Strongly suggest giving this place a shot if you haven't visited yet.

I have been consuming THC for a long, long time. Today, when I visited The Botanist, Matthew TAUGHT me, ADVISED me based on his vast knowledge, and showed genuine CONCERN for the medical reasons that brought me in. Keep your eye on this one Botanist! He is a good bud, get it, BUD? Haha! Carry on. I'll show myself out!

I purchased the vape cartridge and the gummies, I love the products. What I found was the smoothest in the vape cartridge to be amazing! The gummies taste as the flavor they are as well. Definitely, one of my favorite brands by far!

Feel unsafe around other patients who were rude and aggressive to me based on my skin tone. Really wish the owner would keep certain people of character from frequenting this established medical facility. I probably won't ever go back.

This is the only dispensary I go to. Easy to get to, great employees and the menu has good variety of strains and products to choose from.
I've been going here for several years now and I have no complaints. They have the best employees who are so helpful and knowledgeable. It's always great to see their faces and get to know them by name. (They get to know yours, too!)

The staff are just beyond amazing! Special shout outs to Danny, Marissa, "Blue", Matthew, Paula. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and exude extreme patience when consulting with a new patient. I hand out cards to everyone!

Amazing place and staff! Went for the first time today and worked with Matthew. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly. He was in no rush at all explaining different products and what they do. As well as tips for getting the most out of each product. The majority of my purchase today was all his recommendations. Even the guys in the front lobby were so professional and was into educating as well. The owner of this company should be very proud of the staff here. They made my experience worth the drive.
