If you decide to move to into one of the Bradford apartments, please be prepared to use Emergency Heat throughout the winter. Maintenance has explained that you have to use Emergency Heat or else the normal heat will not work when it drops below 40 degrees.

Emergency Heat means an incredibly expensive utility bill, but they refuse to fix it. They’ve explained that the problem is with the furnace and how it was originally installed. Please consider this before moving!

I lived here on the ground floor for two years. The office staff were friendly (specifically Gabi) and I enjoyed my apartment for the most part. Unfortunately, this area is incredibly unsafe. There was a shooting within my first week of moving in, frequent car break ins, and homeless people wandering throughout the complex daily. I had someone try and force their way into my apartment through my front door more than once. The leasing company did nothing to try and make their residents feel safe. I was promised cameras and floodlights in the parking lots, as well as a patrolling security officer, all of which never happened.

On top of this, they do not uphold the community standards listed in the leasing agreement for residents. My surrounding neighbors were extremely inconsiderate, loud and would leave trash all over the walkways. People would leave their dogs on the balcony to bark the entire day. Sit in their cars in the parking lot and blast music at all hours. Working from home here was a nightmare. Prepare to provide your own pest control, because you will have bugs and/or mice and the leasing company will not assist you in removing/preventing them.

In the winter, the walkways and roads throughout the complex were a sheet of ice for weeks. The snow truck plowed all of the snow to the sides of the street so snow trapped cars and garages in place. After days I couldn’t get my car out of my garage, as it was frozen shut, so I called the office to request assistance. They told me they wouldn’t help me, and that I was welcome to walk to the office to borrow one of maintenance’s shovels.

At first glance, this may seem like a fit place to live. It’s unfortunate the leasing company won’t do more to try and improve the complex, because the apartments themselves are quite nice and reasonably priced. I do not recommend that you move here if you have other options.

I just moved to The Bradford at Easton. What convinced me to sign a lease was Noah’s professionalism and cheerful attitude. I said that I don’t want to fill the application online since I had problems in the past. With a smile he directed me to the business center and printed it out for me.

Also would like to mention Maica, he personally came to my apartment to repair some problems in it and clean the AC which was extremely dirty. After, came Noah to help in what was needed, trying to clean and checking everything. They were working with a smile from beginning to end.

It is a real pleasure to be in a property where the manager and assistant manager listen and care for the needs of the tenants.

I highly recommend this property.

I moved in to the Bradford at Easton from another city. I really wish I would have done more research and found another place to live. The apartments look ok in the day. There are tons of homeless and beggars on Steltzer Rd that all make their way through the complex. It's not uncommon to see a random strung out homeless person just walking through the parking lots. They do very little when it comes to snow and ice in the winter. We went weeks skating to our cars with nothing being done about it all while the management office was cleaned and salted. Traffic is a mess in that area as well. The worst part is all the move out charges they make up when you move out. Plan on them gouging you for another $500 at least when you move out. They just make up things to charge you. They know what they're doing when it comes to ripping people off as they leave.

Ok hear me out, CAR BREAK INS, NO SECURITY, NOT SAFE, HIGH MOVE OUT COST, DISCRIMINATION, STOLEN CATALYTIC CONCERTS. I NEVER have done a review on an apartment but I need others to be warned and aware. I lived in this community 2 years before leaving. My first year in my flat on permit was spectacular, however when I moved in to a townhome it went left. First when I moved in there were roaches that took them over a month to resolve, my floor began leaking in to the ceiling in my family room and ultimately my floor in my bedroom began sagging, that was a low budget fix, then I went on maternity leave and my employer messed up my pay & although my rent was always paid on time or early when I asked for just two more days I was told I was gonna be processed for an eviction so I could take the days but did have to add on $300. I went to management and let them know I had no longer felt safe and wanted break lease options for the last month was told contact corporate knowing good and well corporate would never get back to me. My car was broken in to right in front of my apartment window, my catalytic converter was stolen 3x, someone stole my keys out of my front door and then began placing items on my porch to mark my house and even after all this and offering police reports as well as management acknowledgment of the patrol company not doing their job gabby the manager told me they don’t guarantee my safety and nicely told me tough luck and then sent an email telling the community to lock their car doors and take out valuables because of the known car breakins. But even still wouldn’t our security cameras or even LIGHTS in the parking lots. Also I had family who lived in another unit who couldn’t renew their lease because they received rent assistance. DONT DO IT. Just rent a house for the same price. Most out cost are also extremely high. I was charged $8000 in move out cost. DONT DO IT

Its a wonderful place to live at and very nice landlords and manager and a great community to live at and plus you can walk to easton town center and to best buy and Walmart and SAM's club.

pretty community that’s all they care about is the landscaping literally! ’ All they care about is lawn care and the physical exterior of the building property. Do you mind a $200+ light bill each month due to terrible installation? … or do you want your car broken in or car window busted? This community has no security what’s so ever and there’s no effort an getting any. I’ve been living here for 4+ years and still live here.managements very nice and friendly but TRILOGY the property owner doesn’t value safety. Be prepared to install personal security even though this the Easton area. This community has declined over the last 4 years, in every aspect.

Amazing people great place to live anytime there is a problem they are right on it and fix it in a timely manner just got my microwave door fixed and he did a good job

Moved in here back in July. As soon as I had the keys and entered the apartment it was obvious that moving into this complex was a mistake. The apartment itself reeked of cigarette smoke, to the point it was unlivable. I had to spend a number of days living at my girlfriends apartment while they attempted multiple strategies to remove the smell.

Following those efforts, the smell eventually came back, seeping into all of my clothes and furniture. The management did zero follow up afterwards so I found a new place to live as soon as I possibly could. I've now had to purchase new furniture and wash my clothes multiple times in order to get out the smell. The complex itself refused to give me any sort of discounted rent or early lease breakage and put it on me for not following up for a problem them should have noticed prior to me moving in.

I very much do not recommend living here but if you decide to anyway, ensure you get to see the unit before signing.

POST MOVE OUT UPDATE: They're the only complex I've ever lived in where they actually take money for touch-up paint. Seriously avoid this place.

Just moved in and everyone has been extremely accommodating and friendly. AC wasn’t working and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Great interior. Very happy here so far!

This place is trash. Don't move here. When we moved here, the apartment we arranged to move into was not ready and they didn't care at all. They found a vacant apartment to move us into and it was also nasty, we had to scrub the floors and get a bunch of things replaced/cleaned/fixed before we settled in. Been fixing things ever since. Water leaks, floods, ceiling leaks, broken closets, windows, you name it. Currently our ceiling is leaking, onto the smoke detector, making it malfunction. I put in a work order and nothing yet. I get it it's the weekend but I marked it as emergency because it's a safety issue. Don't think anyone cares, again. Did I mention it's too expensive for what you get? Just pay a little more and live somewhere else. Saying good riddance in a few weeks. Couldn't be happier.

This place has been the worst place live at accommodating a potential resident, Unit #4136 had raccoon in my apartment in the ceiling report to them.they did not believed me, and record the noise did not react the management style can not go sleep every-night.the worst management I have seen all entire life. Please do not move in here, they do not respect their residents, they are extremely unprofessional.she even made a condescending statement in regard. I have never felt so disrespected and miscommunicated with, please do not move in here.
I have finally moved out and can breathe again and I go to pay for my last three month that rent that I'm not even living there for and I have additional charges! I call and it is said that they just now processed a fee from the beginning of our lease that was for the 4 days the electric was not in my name, so it's an additional charge on my security deposit $170 fee the last two month fee. And there is nothing they will do about it. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT RENT BRADFORD AT EASTON APARTMENT.

The worst place to live, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Maintenance are HORRIBLE and ignore your problems I have a 4 month old and the ac unit stopped working and the room is over 80 degrees and they continued to ignore left multiple emergency voicemails and no call back. My daughter now has heat rash all over her body and have to take her to the emergency. I cannot wait for my lease to be over, for anyone who is thinking about living here I 100% do not recommend, for as much as we pay it’s not worth it.

I have been a resident here for 2 years at apt 4206 permit ct I must admit here was the best place to be resident very supportive staff always responding swiftly to every issue we raised with them. I would like to mention a gentleman by name drew who was always responsive thank you for help in every issue we raised with the office.thank you all

Great experience so far. Property grounds are picked up every morning by staff when I leave for work. Office is very responsive. Drew was very helpful and made my moving process easy. Moving is stressful and I spent days researching where to move, so it is a good feeling to know I picked a nice place with nice people. Highly recommend.
