Ever since the new manager Phil came on board, the place has improved its performance. The food is delicious, and it is brought out quickly. The only downside to this is the wait time. I know the thought behind it, but we waited 3 hours for a table.

My wife and I stopped here for a drink and dinner. Place was half full. But the hostess said we would have to wait about thirty minutes for a table. I asked her why.
She said they had just had a large group leave and the kitchen had been swamped.
That makes no sense. They were gone. And half the restaurant was empty. Poor service.
We left and had to find another place to eat. I would never go back.

I don't do fast food often. And this is a place I should be going to more often but I don't. Their burgers and fries are delicious and the price good.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! Everything was superb (including my bloody mary). We had the Brussel sprouts and spinach artichoke dip with chips to start us off, then for my meal I had the classic burger and my husband ordered the meatloaf. It was all fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Have eaten here many times and the food mostly good. We were here last week and the server Deb told us the menu had changed since our last visit. Disappointed that they removed my 2 favorite but we made the best of it. I have to say Deb was the absolute best server that we've had in the past 20 years. She was truly a delight

I can't believe they took the ribeye off the menu. Broccoli needs some seasoning. Bland. Cold. Not cooked. The barmaid is the best. Overworked and needed help. But she worked her butt off. Thank you to her!

By far the best fish n chips I've ever had.large portions, hot and crispy.and the coleslaw was outstanding.our service was "OVER THE TOP" from the time we were seated til the time we left.never an empty glass or plate on table the entire time.overall an exceptional dining experience.

Tried to go eat there 2 times this weekend 2-10-23 and 2-11-23 and got told they was on a hour wait and had at least 15-20 tables that nobody was sitting at. It honestly didn't make sense to me. I have ate there before and loved the food that's why I tried to go back 2 different days. I was just really disappointed.

Place is mid. Food is mid, service is mid. Servers are they type to take your order without writing it down and thinking they can remember it. To be clear I did a to go order with a bartender. Ordered chicken wings, got chicken strips. When I brought it up didn’t get an apology at all. Asked for ketchup to go, she gave me an almost empty ketchup bottle lol. Typical Ohio service

Unfortunately the grill was closed when we were there but this salad was delicious and talk about huge!

This place use to be good.
Was told tonight a 2.5 hour wait. There wasn't hardly anyone there either. It's gone downhill just like the casino

Food was not very good that day no one at our table enjoyed their meal maybe it was a bad day who knows Back again still the same

Went on a weekday. Started with the pretzel bites, large size the mustard was great. We where seated directly in front of kitchen. Nice clean place. Watched as food sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Noone expedited it. I watched as everyone just hung out. Then I seen them plate fresh fries for half the table while the other half had old fries. The fish had a great batter was wonderful. The waitress just maybe had a bad day.

We had our work Christmas party there & had a large group (35). The staff worked hard to get us seated in a timely manner, service was outstanding and food did not disappoint! Kudos!

Went in was told 30 minute wait after 25 minutes was approached again and told over two hours wait.terrible

Let me start by saying the Server was Great, she (sorry don't recall name) was attentive and on point at all times. My low rating here comes from my meal, not sure if the cook knows the difference between Rare and Med+ but last night he did not. I ordered the Portsmouth Steak Dinner ($35) and received a $12 piece of meat that was Bleeding Rare and Tasteless. (Seasoning would be good to add to your cooking recipe) Thank the Heavens for the Potato and Corn or I would have not eaten.

I ordered the ribeye and to my demise they stopped having rice the sides are to bland to pair with such awesome steak.
