The Brew Kettle Mentor

My wife ordered broccoli cheddar soup and whatever came to our table was definitely not broccoli cheddar soup. It had chunks of potato, corn and no broccoli. Her salad was so-so. She immediately sent the "soup" back, and ordered some mac and cheese, and it was weak in flavor.

I had their Margherita chicken sandwich and fries, and the sandwich was hearty, with good size, but it was very bland, with very little flavor.

We went there because there was a 40 minute wait at BJ's Brew House. Now I understand why this restaurant was empty when we walked in there.

I would love to have a crack at redesigning their dishes and adding some complexity to them, but besides that, I would not return.

Food was very good. Tvs everywhere if you want to see a game playing. The sound was off, which is great. Sat near door, so it had a cold breeze.

My husband and I love Brew Kettle! The food, the beers, the people, all amazing! You HAVE to try the pretzel with beer cheese and the French silk pie. Also, the burgers are great!

They don’t even deserve a 1 star review. Walked in with a large group of people and was denied service because we did not call a week in advance. I asked for the managers number, name, corporates name, number- got the run around for a few minutes. Who does that? What kind of business is like that? I get they are short staffed, so is the rest of the world. We would have waited 2+ hours for food, we just wanted to be together. Also, Accusing me of yelling at your employees is totally wrong. I asked your worker if she needed a hug as she was in the back crying. Your other worker however, didn’t even want to be at work and shows it. We are from 2 hours away. Super sad your restaurant handled it this way. Do better!

We celebrated 2 birthdays and had a party of 10. Great service and tasty food. Plus we sat where we all could enjoy conversations together.

Disappointed. That we were asked to leave because our group was too large despite willing to wait as long as it took or be split up.

We always sit at the bar and David the bartender is fantastic! Great beer and food selection.

Love that this is close to home. Great atmosphere and service. Many menu choices. Definitely going back.

Ordered the half slab of ribs with a side of baked beans. I've had never had ribs that had zero taste. The baked beans were awful, again they didnt taste like anything. Ribs came with a side of ice cold BBQ sauce that tasted like water and ketchup. Seems like they are using the cheapest possible ingredients and it shows. My wife had the meatloaf and compared it to hospital food. The taste of the meatloaf was so bland. Meatloaf came with a side of again ICE cold zero flavor BBQ sauce. Side of broccoli was just wet broccoli no butter no salt or pepper just wet broccoli. Low quality ingredients will be the restaurants downfall.

Nice selection of beers on tap. Most of them are their own and a few visiting craft breweries on tap.

Prices are very reasonable for the quality of beer you are receiving.

The service was excellent. Knowledgeable bartender and very helpful staff.

The facility is clean. There is plenty of parking.

We didn't even know this place existed, but we saw it and stopped in to get dinner and were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Really nice waitress, really good food and nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Food and beverages were great. Service was good. It did take a little longer than we thought it would. I'm sure it's due to being understaffed like most places these days. Overall very good and we will return!

Visited during lunch hours on a week day. The bartender was awesome. She provided great recommendations. Beer and food were great. I would definitely go back.
