I applied to The Brookeville apartments on December 26,2024. I paid $260 for a holding fee, and administration fee. I was told that the apartment would be ready for me to walk thru and ready to move in on or after January 16,2024. I was not shown the apartment until January 26,2024 after constantly asking about it and it still was not in living condition. So I decided to cancel and asked for a full refund but they refuse to refund me.

It was very dirty, it had a horrible odor, none of the lights worked on the third floor which made it hard for me see. I had to use my flash light just to see the bathroom, the carpet look pretty bad and was not stretched, there were two unprofessional dry wall patches in the ceiling inside the kitchen that were not done professionally. The basement smells like mildew because its had two standing water puddles near the hot water tank, which can cause an electrocution. The outside gate door to the patio was bent and we could bearly open it. The main door was filthy as well as the rest of the back patio. And the list goes on.

Angela is an example of excellence in customer service. She always has her door open and is ready to help me. Her kindness has been refreshing. This property has made a complete turn around for the better.

Angela the new manager has been a blessing. I love living at The Brookville, it’s a wonderful community.

If you planing on coming to live here, i will advice you to do your due deligence well, talk to people living here and ask the right questions before making the decision. You go to the office, they are very nice and sweet but we don't live in the office. I moved in here in October. Appartment looked well polished but dog hair is all over the place from bedrooms, bathrooms, livivng room, kitchen and in the basement. I have complained to them since i came here and nothing has been about. Now my kids who have never been around dogs has started getting these rashes on their skin. We have an appointment for allergy test and i just hope is not from these dog dander (dog hair), if these rushes is as a result of this negligence on their part, am giving this to a lawyer since they have refused to do anything about. Also don't forget to buy window blinds for your bedrooms because they don't provide window blinds in the bedrooms. This has been the only major problem i have had and still having because nothing has been done about it. Will keep you updated if anything changes.

Kumar is best tech i ever haver seen. Só much satisfied with his service. He even take time to explained everything. Very friendly and good personalities.

If only zero stars is an option. Absolutely one of the most terrible places to live, apply for, and generally deal with as a whole. Management is trash. They do not do what they are supposed to do.over charge you, then tell you oh well. They say they are going to fix something, then don't. They have had at least 3 sets of people working in the office, none of them have ever done their jobs effectively. We were told to leave our patios unlocked for over a month, and never came and did whatever nonsense they claim they were going to do. If something happens to my belongings, then what? ! They "fixed " a hole in my basement 3 times by filling it with gravel, to fix a leak. Needless to say, it still leaks Do yourself a favor and don't bother trying to come here. They are an incompetent group of people. You can find much better for less.

This place is truly amazing the vibe is amazing the Manger is very amazing super friendly all smiles made my visit uplifting definitely want to have this place my home

Ieshia has been really nice to my family and has made a lot of good changes since she started. I love living here.

I have been living 2 years and 1 thing I will say is that we have lots of managers and by far Ieshia is the best things that has happen to the Brookeville. She is easy to talk to and gets the job done. The kids around here respect her listen to what she says and that has never happen. I really like her.

Ieshia Rodriguez is a very sweet and understanding person I really like coming to the office talking to her she always he me out.

Ieshia the Assistant Property Manager is so nice and helped me find my new apartment I can’t wait to come back for my tour and call this home.

This guy's are a bunch of scam artist, they took my 260 dollars as rental application fees and denied my application without giving me any reason as to why my application has been denied, it seems like they are more interested in ripping you off than offering you a room
