The Canterbury, Columbus OH

Very old building, the manager determines whether the whole building is heating or using A/C so it can be extremely hot or cold when the weather is changing and you have no control over it. Also the bathroom and gym on the first floor are constantly out of paper towels and toilet paper, just very poorly run overall. Maintenance takes forever to fix simple things at times, too.

It is a wonderful place and we really enjoy living at the Canterbury. The property office managers have been extremely helpful, Tess is always so kind and caring. Units are pretty nice, with convenient facilities and beautiful views. The maintenance guys also do an amazing job with fixing things. Building is secure and initiatives are underway to modernize it. I would highly recommend staying here.

The office staff here is always professional and attentive and maintenance is always quick to respond. It has all of the amenities of newer apartments but at a much more reasonable price. I've been here for six years and have no intention of moving.

I’m super happy to call the Canterbury home! We’ve been here for a few months now and it’s been great. The manager Tess is amazing! She is always very helpful, consistent and kind.maintenance men are very quick at fixing anything, terry went out of his way to help us immediately when having an issue.super excited for all of the upgrades! All of the neighbors are very friendly, it’s a large apartment but everyone treats each other very well! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous! It’s a great area with great people!

I really enjoy living here at the Canterbury Tess has been extremely helpful and she is just so kind. The maintenance guys do such an amazing job with fixing things in my apartment. They all do such a great job.
