My mom lives here and I visit her often. The community is really quite and the neighbors are very nice.

Had a friend tgat lived there. Nice place, good landlord's. My friend had no issues in that year she was there

This is by far one of the worst places to live let alone visit! Do your research before even attempting to try to apply and rent from this location

I live it here very nice clean and they fix whatever needs done right away. The office never been rude to me very nice are very happy.

Not a gated community. Horrid place to live. Like a stacked trailer park or a retirement community. Lived there for a year severs get backed up into your apartment. They pretend they know nothing about it. They are liars. Pam the property manager is a nightmare to work with. Crystal fosent know if she is coming or going so much you can not believe a word she says. Stay far away from this place.

Nice place mom lived there for a while before she passed great amenities roomy apartment buildings

Love the apartments, it's like a mini house. You have everything of your own in this apartment, you don't have to share anything besides the outside.

This is not a gated community.
But it is well kept and updated.
They have a pool and playground, too.
1,2, & 3 bedrooms.

I wanted 2 bed room condo every time I call visit da place never had anythin 2 rent nice spot office people were ok casey was the helpful 1 n easy on da eyes if u no wat I mean made feel better bout not gettin n I made 2 much $ n 4got bout the place I b back tho really want in

Crystal in the office has TERRIBLE customer service skills. Didn't get past the point of inquiring about the apartment because she was so unpleasant to talk to. Then she kept calling me after we got off the phone.talk about pushy. No thanks!

Drove through trying to look at this place at 7pm. There were kids everywhere. Was very hard to even drive through the place. Bikes, skateboards and balls. I understand this is an apartment however, there was absolutely no supervision and kids were actually playing in the street. No thanks.

I have read other reviews about this place and it is true I also had to come back several times to finish paper work. The office staff was so RUDE to me and my guests except for Casey until right before I moved out. There are children running around with no supervision! I was so afraid I would hit one while driving because they would sit at the top of the hill and fly down on their bikes at a speed that they most certainty could not stop at in the middle of the road. That leads to the other problem of people flying through the parking lot as a mother myself it would always make me so nervous someone was going to get hurt. I was in the older apartments it was spacious but falling apart and very worn out. There where spiders, ants and mold in the leaky windows. Plus, I heard of several people in the complex with bed bugs. AHHH! This place was a cheap solution for me while in a jam and I got out asap. Unless that is the case DO NOT LIVE HERE!

The people in the office have the worst customer service. I tried for 2 months to get in this place.everytime i turned in paperwork they would ask for 2 more things they needed. Heather would never call me to let me know what was needed so make sure you call everyday.at the end i didn't get into that place but i don't want to be part of a community that treats people like dirt.eat me The Cedars

We got bought out. Maintenance crew jumps on any problem, fixes it & leaves you smiling. This part is still true. Office people suck. Good luck if your old & stuck. Respect left when Heather, Missy & Toni left. So did the rules. This place is a dump. I've lived here 4 years.

I have lived here since 2008, and love it. They are quick to respond to any issues we have. Management is on top of things and staff are pleasant. Recommend rent here to everyone that ask me.
