The Cheesecake Factory reviews
32We had a salad and the baked chicken. It was really good! The server was friendly and helpful. Lots of items on the menu (too many). The sugar-free cheesecake is also very good.
VERY crowded. Found seats at the bar, which was a lot more fun than a booth or table would have been.
The lunch was really good. Thai glazed salmon, Thai chicken salad, and a bacon cheeseburger. Everyone enjoyed the birthday lunch. And, of course, cheesecake to go! Great service, thanks to Tyler.
Good food, pretty good service, and a nice atmosphere. Be prepared to easily drop $90-100+ on two people if you are getting drinks, an app, dinner, and dessert.
Experienced the worst service and food last night with my husband and friends. First of all the hostess was super rude when we arrived early before the time of our reservation. We were told to come earlier by their staff earlier in the week when we placed the reservation. We were placed at a table with broken huge shards of glass all underneath the table… And the food was terrible! My friend and I both ordered salmon hers was completely undercooked to the point it made her sick. Mine I believe it was cooked… However the smell was absolutely atrocious! My mashed potatoes had cold chunks in the middle of them like they were still in the process of thawing. The waiter came to get some of our plates and my friend spoke up and said you can take this plate to and explain that the salmon was very undercooked. He left very quickly so I was not able to speak up at that time about my issues with the food. A little while later the manager comes over and apologizes to her and offers to comp her with a free piece of salmon to take home. I then spoke up and said you can take my plate as well and explained The issues with my food. He did not say one word of apology just took my plate and walked to the back. Poorest management and customer service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. No adjustments made to our bills. Will not return to this location.
I did a take-out order, the food was great, but the lobby was chaotic! The signs posted were clear where to stand (take-out or ordering dessert), but the staff did not assist with controlling the number of customers entering the restaurant which caused total confusion!
This was the first time ai was able to come to this restaurant and not have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. The social distance tables spacing was great. The servers were great and friendly and they had their A game going. Two had two servers because of shift change. The first one recommended great items off the menu. The herb crusted Salmon was delicious and the chef didn't dry it out. The calamari was delicious and not over cooked. The food was fantastic. The second server he followed up with great service and making sure my husband had all the unsweetened tea he needed. I wish I could remember their name because I would add them.
Make a reservation or you could be waiting awhile. Went for Happy Hour and did not leave disappointed!
Happy hour menu provides large portions like the regular menu. Drinks are delightful. Staff was a bit overwhelmed but I didn't mind considering I was taking my time.
The curbside pickup is unorganized and management could use some coaching on treating customers with respect. After all when you spend what you do at this restaurant you expect better from the staff. However the food was good even after traveling 30 minutes back home with our take out.
Excellent. Great food, reasonable prices, and the service, particularly our server Jeremy, was welcoming and attentive.
I highly recommend it.
We went in later on a Sunday evening in the service was fantastic the food was awesome. The lettuce wraps are amazing and great for the price and the chicken dinner with the Masala sauce was most excellent
Had the breakfast burrito. It was very heavy and not very tasty. Wish I had gotten the angel hair pasta and shrimp instead.
The food was very overpriced. I paid $20 just for my entree and it was very watered down and the chicken tasted like it came from a can. The service was not great either. It took 20 minutes to get a beer. My overall total was $50 for 1 person and I felt that it was at least double what I should have paid. The only redeeming thing is the cheesecake itself and it still didn't make up for the lackluster experience.
When I say this is the best cheesecake I ever had in my life I mean it. This was my first time coming here to order cheesecake because usually I go to Kroger or wal mart for cheesecake but I don't think anywhere compare. It melts in your mouth. The flavor is so rich. It's so soft. This place is more than 5 stars. I had ordered the banana cream cheesecake. If you come here it's well worth your money. Please go here for cheesecake lol.
Very long wait, food came out cold, waited 20 minutes for cheesecake that never came. Horrible service.
On our way to the restaurant (on a Tuesday) I called to ask about the wait time. I was told the wait was 45 min to an hour. I spoke to ariele although it sounded like two people were on the phone? I asked about call ahead seating and she laughed at me. Wow. Really makes you want to go there right?
Celebrated my birthday here and they really went above in beyond. I’ve dined here for prom and our entire table received complimentary desserts to celebrate the occasion. When I ordered a full size cheesecake to celebrate my boyfriends birthday they even added sprinkles and a birthday candle. The wait is definitely worth it. I recommend bringing a friend so you can try as many cheesecakes as possible
My son and I had lunch there for the first time. My servers name was Josh who was absolutely excellent! They have an extensive large menu- something for everyone. The food was good - and of coarse the dessert FABULOUS!
The ONLY downside is that this place always seems to be busy so I think it's worth it to try to come in at weird hours so that you aren't waiting forever.
Once you do get seated, the servers are awesome and the diversity of the food choices is unlike any other restaurant. Everything always tastes great, from the appetizers to the complimentary bread to the decadent desserts.
I got the impossible burger and it was delicious. Our server kept forgetting little things like condiments and my brother's refill.
