The Cheesecake Factory, Lyndhurst OH

I absolutely love this location. I typically order through delivery service and even after having traveled or sat for a bit, the food is still excellent. They pack the food very well and quality/taste is never lost.

Food good, service good.love that there's a low carb cheesecake offered. I love thre factory burrito but my all time favorite is chicken Romano- I get all alfredo sauce (no red sauce). Whole wheat bread is one of our favs too

They were very busy & it took longer to get my order than I'd like. However as always the food is amazing. The staff was working hard the manager sleeves rolled up and in the bakery helping get orders out. Worth the wait.

Absolutely incredible dining experience, my lunch was great and the menu has so much to choose from. I will definitely be going back again.

Although when we pulled up it was crowded we were seated within 15 minutes and the service and food was excellent and plenty!

Fried macaroni on a cheeseburger washed down with strawberry lemonade, with white chocolate raspberry truffles cheesecake is definitely going to be my last meal if ever im on death row! Love the customer service everytime i go!

Placed an online order and used a gift card i had received during Christmas. My order was on time and delicious

Be prepared to wait at dinner time.and wait, and wait - this is a really popular place. Menu is huge - prices are a little high. The cheesecake, in my opinion, has gone down in quality over the past couple years. It lacks that homemade taste/look to it anymore, it's very commercialized now. I will always return for the Thai lettuce wraps - an appetizer, but my preferred entree!

We were there celebrating my sister's wedding the day after! We had the most amazing waiters name Calvin! He was very friendly, fast service & attentive to our needs, I wasn't sure what to order so I asked Calvin he suggested a wonderful chicken dish. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Cleveland, Ohio!

Only go here cuz the wife needs her precious cheesecake. She will kill for that stuff it's so good. However I hardly can eat it cuz she will kill me to

Our food was delicious. The wait at this location is frequently long. Large shareable portions and endless options. Our server was fabulous, funny and very personable.

Pretty classic Cheesecake factory. Very busy, normally requires a reservation if you don't want to wait forever, especially on the weekends.

Eh. I mean it’s good food, but not great. The music is way too loud. Also the seating, if not at a booth, feels like you’re dining with everyone near you. It wasn’t my favorite dining experience.

Been here alone, and asked a table for 1. The receptionist told me 5-10 min waiting time, however after 25 minuets of waiting I remained them about myself, and it looked like they forgot about me. Finally after 30 minuets I got a table.

Ordered a creamy chicken soup that was delicious, cocktail was great and steak Diane that was over cooked, I asked for medium but got super well done (dry) steak. The mashed potato was so so, but the sauce with mushrooms was amazing.

Or good was all cool by the time it got to our table. Our waiter disappeared for long chunks of time, offer after a request. It too w very long time to get a piece of cheesecake after our meal.

Fantastic food and service. Had dinner during busy times. But was seated at a reasonable time. Superb atmosphere. Drinks and food came out in a timely manner. Fantastic menu & choices. The best for last is their desserts! Exquisite rich cakes. Dine inside or outside.

OMG! Absolutely beautiful place! Perfect place for a nice date and they have soooooo much more than cheesecake lol but the cheesecake is to die for delicious! It was my first time ever trying it and birthday cake will never have the same meaning again lol the food was wonderful and the portions are very generous. If your looking for a nice dinner with great food, a large selection on the menu, and heavenly dessert this is your place!

Love this place, the building and atmosphere are amazing the service is top notch, the food is oh so good and the cheese cake is some of the best I've ever tasted, I highly recommend this place

Such an amazing experience came all the way from Toronto and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to visit again! The service was quick and really polite:) I would highly recommend this restaurant to bring friends and family!
