Great Food, Great Service. Only wish that they would bring back the white chocolate blueberry cheesecake (hint hint)

Very good place to try! There’s lots of great choices on the menu! They have a lower calorie menu now with an average of about 570 calories per item. Saving room for cheesecake! We ordered everything off that menu except the cheesecake of course and it was great! We split a chicken salad with apples, nuts and cheese. It was very good. My daughter had an avocado and turkey sandwich off the light menu and it was delish! There was also a small salad with that. Of course we got cheesecake! I got the chocolate mousse cheesecake ️️️ and my daughter got the cheesecake with strawberries! Delish! ️️

Busy, but our server worked hard to make sure we had all we needed. Good food and always great choices in cheesecake!

We asked for a table at 6: 37PM and was told it would be 50 to 60 minutes. It was my daughter's 17th Birthday, so we decided to wait (but they won'tlet you wait inside - and it was chilly outside). We didn't get seated until 8: 45PM! Our food took another 45 minutes (and the salmon was over-cooked). I won't go back. Terrible experience.

[Edit] 20MAY21 - Just an update: It's been a week, and they still haven't responded. I hope nobody ever goes back to this restaurant.

[Edit] 06JUL21 - Another update: They still have not responded to my comments on their web form. Terrible customer service. As I said in my original post, I will never go back, but now, I hope nobody else does.

Great food, great location in the cutest shopping area. Very busy with long waits even mid week so make a reservation or order online for takeout. Parking can be a little challenging at dinner time. Excellent service.

I always like coming here. There are various cuisine styles for whatever mood you're in. The waiters are always friendly.

This was the Legacy Village location.

A little over priced and overrated. We were sat after a long wait, it took the waitress 10 minutes to greet our table, while another group was sat after us and we're greeted right away. We were people of color, and the other group was Caucasian. We sincerely hope that was not the reason. The waitress was of color as well. There was a birthday in our party, but the waitress never offered the free sundae. Just a realistic review.

Great service.while eating my appetizer, I got news of death in my family.the server (Amy) was awesome and helped me through it. I will definitely go back!

So i worked for the cheesecake factory for 5 months its sad thats all i could put up with. One thing about working for the cheesecake factory is that the front where guest have to be is so clean but once you get to the back where your food is prepared is one of the dirtiest places i have ever worked for. Majority of the time the employees dont where gloves if they dropped food on the floor its food that you'll be served. On top on the additude and being battered with verbal abuse it was very hard to stay employed there. Inside the coolers where your food is being held has mold i would never recommend this place to any of my family so im kindly giving you guys the heads up as well

Hostess was soooo rude, Was told it would be 25-30 minutes. We waited over an hour to be seated at a table for six, we were a party of 4. I was happy we were going to at least sit comfortably after that wait.didn't complain. Just annoyed. We sat there quietly waiting. Ordered our drinks and appetizers. Everything came out ok. Then the waitress wanted to take the 2 person table pushed up next to ours so we had to scoot down to 4 seats so we could be squished next to two other couples. Fine.we were 4 sitting at a 4 top.whatever. There were a ton of people waiting. Then our food came out. Appetizer plates were left sitting and no one cared. We had to play jenga with it all to make room for our dinner. We asked and she said she would be back to clear. Nope! We were done with our dinner and no refills.she just brought over the check. Over $160! She added the 2 top next to us on my bill. Gave her the check back to fix, paid, will never be back. Worst CCF I've ever been to! I should've dined and dashed.they would've never known and I wouldn't feel so salty about my bad experience. We were there to celebrate my sons 21st birthday.

Walked in there at 8: 30 just for a slice of cake. After 20 min of waiting I have to say something and I get an answer of "oh we forgot" it took 30 sec to get me the slice. And wasn't busy.

Visited on a Sun evening. Great location, however, long wait for seat, slow food service, albeit a friendly server. Overpriced food for the quality/portions.

If you're interested in anything but a burger, you'll be disappointed. The other menu items are revolting.

UPDATE: Cheesecake Factory, maybe you didn't understand. REVOLTING. The baked potato soup = REVOLTING. Vomited in my mouth. The cheeseburger spring roll = REVOLTING. Came out raw. Spring Roll Tartar. The $12 chicken salad = REVOLTING. Only the brown bread and cheesecake saved you from 1 star. If you keep sending me replies, you're getting 1-star AND going viral.

There food is amazing! They have so many selections to choose from and you are just in awe when you see it. When I went I got the Chicken Tacos and then for dessert The Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake. It was all so very delicious! I would love to go back again, the pricing for it all is high but it's worth it.

The power was out. So we did not get to enjoy your lovely cheesecake, that we drove 45 mins to park take of. Even thou you served the Dr. (In his scrubs) in front of us. You wouldn't open the case & I had cash!

Everytime i go here its packed. Food is fabulous, deserts are tasty, cant go wrong dining here. Prices are on the higher end.
Lighting is dim. Has a separate bar from dining area. I will always visit a Cheesecake Factory when traveling!

I love Cheesecake Factory at Crocker Park. I’ve been to quite a few but Crocker Park Cheesecake Factory is my favorite. They are usually quite busy but once you’re seated, they are fast!

So I really like this location, normally at the Cheesecake Factory the Cheesecake is the best part. This is not the case, the food here is usually better than the cheesecake. I just wish their Cheesecake was a little more mousse like than cake like as they are at other Cheesecake Factory locations. The food and severs are always excellent. However, the hostest stand is always rude.

Also, their floor is a safety hazard, I have fallen at this location due to the floor. It doesn’t matter what shoes I wear the floor is always slippery. It is not due to the floors being wet, the surface is just slippery.

The food is one of a kind and always delicious. Dark lighting makes for a romantic setting. Prices very high but considerably reasonable considering how well the food is. Staff is friendly and pays you a lot of attention. Try the stuff mushrooms or the loaded tater tots. The tots are not what you expected.

It is not the best cheesecake factory place. I order the same meal everytime I go there and at this branch the portion is almost half the size that I get when I go to any other location
