We absolutely love The Children's House! The staff is so welcoming, greeting the kids as we are arriving or leaving. I love that the kids to get travel to different classrooms for the various subjects, and the teachers always have fun and rewarding activities for each lesson plan. I would highly recommend The Children's House!

Both of my children have grown up at The Children's House. From the time they were toddlers through when they were in kindergarten and even in the after school program, they have always been treated like family there! And academically, as a teacher myself, the education they have received through DAILY science, geography, gym, art, music, math, and language arts can't be beat. My children really have flourished with their Montessori program and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

My granddaughters have attended both the Delhi location and the Bridgetown location with the youngest still in attendance. They both thoroughly enjoy the school and the programs presented to them have been nothing short of spectacular. They have been exposed to and learned so much and the staff is kind and caring. I highly recommend this preschool as a starting point for education.

This is our first year here and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Everyone on staff is always so friendly and polite and says hello and goodbye and asks you how you are doing. My sons teacher and aide are both fantastic and he enjoys going to school everyday. We are blessed to have this opportunity to attend here. We highly reccomend this school!

My son LOVES the children's house! He runs in every morning and gives his teachers a big hug! He has learned so much since he has been at the school and has made so many friends! I cannot say enough about this location I am extremely happy with his time there so far and highly recommend it.

If you want to know the full story of the one star rating, google The Children’s House at the West Chester location and look at the review there. My 7 year old son was bullied to the point of a total emotional breakdown at The Children’s House West Chester location. The director did absolutely nothing about it so naturally I pulled my son out of the daycare immediately, no longer trusting that he would be safe there.

I wrote a review to warn other parents and thought corporate (this location) would want to get more details from me and investigate the situation. Not only did they not even attempt to contact me, but they straight out lied in a reply to my post to try to save face (see below) and suddenly 4 glowing reviews of the place popped up very shortly after mine within 24 hours of each other. This entire company should be shut down. Send your kids to these daycares at your own risk - management does not care about parents OR the kids. They are just in it for the money.

Again, here is corporate’s response (this location) to me removing my child over being bullied and the inaction of the director to address the problem:

“Response from the owner: Ms. Mienko, Unfortunately, not every child is a good fit for our school, and we are truly sorry we had to make that determination about your son. We have a priority, first and foremost, to protect the safety of our students and staff, and when a child is disruptive to that process, we have no choice but to remove them from our program. The leadership and corporate staff met numerous times to discuss this situation and it was determined that for the well-being of all involved, removal was the only appropriate course of action. We do wish you and your family the best. ”

The art teacher here is amazing (Ms. Chrissy!). They recently discussed Jackson Pollock and his splatter method. They set a tent up in the classroom and let the kids go after it! My little man loved it and has shown a deeper interest in coloring and other art stuff around the house.
