The Christ Hospital Medical Center - Liberty Township

I have came to this hospital for last year and this is second time that Dr. Ray has been very unprofessional at his job. I understand that the emergency department can get extremely busy at times that everyone has to work together but that’s no excuse for Dr. Ray not coming back into my room I was sitting in to address my test results and medication. Instead he sent his nurse in with discharge papers and a prescription for an antibiotic that I didn’t even need to begin with. The nurse took all my tests for Covid, Flu, Strep etc which came back negative as my CT scan came back normal so why do I have amoxicillin? The nurse replied “Oh he (Dr. Ray) never came back in to speak with you”? I said no, he didn’t. I had to look on mychart to read and see my own results. Just shows how much they care about your medical needs or conditions. Yeah, I was okay coming out but going in not so much. Christ needs to hire better doctors and not just anyone off the side of the street.

Unfortunately Jesus Christ himself did not come out and heal me back to full health. If Jesus Christ is not part of the medical staff then why name the medical center after him?

Scheduled a birthing center tour with my wife on December 7th at 2pm (had to take off work for it) … No one knew where we should go and then the person scheduled to give the tour didn't show up… 4 groups of people had to request the front desk/receptionist show us around after waiting 30 minutes.

Was in the E R tonight and saw a lady begging for help and the two women at the front desk didn’t even try to help her. I heard them say that she didn’t have good insurance. What is the world coming to so sad how she was treated here

They don't make your loved one better! Some people need mental health treatment before working on physical health. Your loved one with end up demanding a wheelchair vehicle even though Medicaid pays for it. Not right to people who work for their money.

I was taken by squad to this hospital after becoming very ill. The care I received was horrible.

Leaving here today after 4 days in delivery room. The staff has been absolutely amazing, they've made us feel very comfortable. My wife and I both had great food the entire time. Everyone here has made our special occasion even more pleasant. These people have a passion for what they do, God bless them!

Poor customer service in the emergency room and registration is annoying. When you check in they will have you wait a long time to get in a room They obviously hate their job Attitude and lack of customer care.

If I could give zero stars I would, I was there for 6 hours to see 1 doctor in a T-shirt that barley fit him.then had security outside bc after that amount of time me and.y pregnant wife were fed up.do not go here for help.direct yourself anywhere else.they are way way under staffed and the only doctor working that night got in my face as I was very sick.knowing secure bwas behind him.this is the worst.and I mean worst hospital over been to in the USA

We love the Christ Network and when we moved to Camden, OH we were sad because Cincinnati was now so far away. Thank goodness they now have this fabulous location of Christ Hospital in West Chester. They are THE best of any hospital we've ever been to in our 50+ years. The Christ Liberty township ER has been tremendous all 3 times we've been. Quick to get back to a room, amazing, caring, knowledgeable & kind staff and fast service. Our last visit at 200am on a Saturday night for a bee sting injury, we were in & out in under an hour. Exceptional care every time. In addition, our Christ Network doctors, Endocrinologist, Dr. Richa Patel & our primary, Dr. Blair Chick are the best as well! We could not be happier with the care we receive from the christ network all the way around. A+

My husband is a patient of Christ Hospital, and up until recently, our few encounters have been pleasant. The Main Campus and Heart Center care has been "Top Notch. " After a recent procedure, we had an emergent concern and went to the Liberty Center Emergency Room for care. Our first visit was similar to the main campus. The staff was pleasant and made us feel welcome. They helped put his mind at ease which often isn't easy due to his PTSD and TBI from service.
However, the second visit for the same concern left us with a feeling of a bother to the staff. Especially one particular RN that was extremely snarky and dismissive of my husband's discomfort and chief complaint. I would highly recommend that the staff of this Emergency Room be trained in responding to the care of our nation's veterans in times of emergency. Although their situation may not be as dire as others, the response to their needs should come with a high level of reassurance, especially for those with added challenges such as PTSD and TBI. Christ Hospital has a stellar reputation, and it is evident that this facility has some customer service improvements to make. I want to say "Thank You" to the other staff on duty that were kind and caring towards my husband; your kindness was visible.

Went into the ER for a fall and after seeing the rudest on call doctor had xays done and she come in and said well the good thing is nothing is broken. I politely asked can you tell by the xray if anything is torn and was bluntly told that wasn't her job and basically I felt like I was cattle being pushed through the process to open up a room and bed for another more interesting injury. 2 weeks later after no pain meds I found out actually the shoulder was broken and not detected by this doctor and she indicated I had an ekg completed which was not done during this visit. I will reconsider when in an emergency where I go because It won't be liberty Christ Hospital which was a hospital I sweared by until this experience.

Billing department is horrible. Sending bills to me from a procedure over a year ago, and billing me charges I already paid.

I also had a procedure that did not get 100% completed, and had to go in an additional day to complete the procedure. They agreed it was "no one's fault" (not the doctor's or my own fault), and yet I essentially had to pay for two full procedures.

STAY FAR AWAY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED EMERGENCY CARE. Very rude staff, including the RN’s. Nobody is helpful, and nobody understands how to do their job. There is only one doctor for the entire hospital, so if you are in need of immediate assistance, I would STAY AWAY. Go to another emergency room where they care for their patients and aren’t understaffed. This place honestly needs to be shut down.

Avoid Christ Hospital and the entire Christ hospital network and physicians like a plague! They are the most dishonest hospital network I have ever seen. Do NOT believe a single estimate they provide you prior to any surgery, xray, mri, procedures or anything else. Because, they will send you a big bill after the procedures. So their estimate upfront is a lie. Shame on you!

I never felt so well taken care of. They took me back within mins, and 3 doctors and nurses started taking reading and blood. They are kind and informative. Walk me through everything that was going on, and I felt like I was a priority. If i ever have another emergency, this is where I want to be taken.

When the doctor came back in after my blood and urine were taken, she said my numbers were all good. I was fine. I said, numbers for what? What are you checking for? What have your tests eliminated as a problem? She had nothing to say. She refused to go over any tests which might have or might not have in reality been made. The doctor appeared unwilling to discuss my symptoms. When I attempted to discuss, she said, "OK, I am stepping away now. " Then she left the room. She just disappeared.

Another woman came in and said she had my discharge papers. I said do you have a script for helping my stomach to stop vomiting? No, she said. You have no scripts. You are discharged with a referral back to your primary care doctor. If you think you need further help, that is your own opinion. You will not get medication to alleviate vomiting.

These doctors are just part of the total sham that is medicine. There is no respect to be given a hospital that refuses its own stated values of compassion and care.
Your entire operation is worthless.

First and foremost, The nurses are fantastic. But the doctor pretty much dismissed us without even genuinely looking at the issue and wouldn’t even really let me get a word in. I went in for a finger infection and they didn’t even cover it back up for me when I asked them to… The ER was empty and we waited entirely way too long for discharge papers. So much so that we just got up and left! Lol I’m speechless. Thanks for wasting my time!

Unbelievable experience with the birthing center! We couldn’t be happier with the quality of care of our first born grandson!

The best hostpital I ever been too! They actually care and try to get you in and out, they do their job and they do it very well. I will always go to this hostpital despite that it’s the furthest from me. Doctor David J was really nice and wanting to solve my problem the best he could’ve and he did, also Lauren a Rn was extremely nice and very caring this is the best field for her to be in!
