This cleaning was the best I've had of all the cleanings that The Cleaning Authority has done for me. The two women even cleaned my surge protectors, which they badly needed!

Horrible company to work for. Employees are amazing, horrible company to work for. They show favoritism to certain employees (of lighter skin tone) and they steal money from their employees checks. No consideration for employees who were sick or family was sick.

Team2 Jessie and Kara cleaning service was superb i highly recommend their company make sure to ask for them they are the best.

The three people, Page, Savannah, and? Did an excellent job. Their attention to details while being quick but efficient is impressive.
Communication between client and office regarding time of arrival needs improvement.

Team #23 did a fantastic job cleaning my home. Always add extra little touches that we appreciate. Very professional and kind too.:) Thank you!

I’ve been using the Cleaning Authority of Mentor for almost 5 years in two different homes. I couldn’t maintain a neat and tidy house without their help! Team 17, Julie & Danita are very thoughtful and conscientious when cleaning my house while I’m working from home. They deserve many thanks!

Today was the first time I had the pleasure of having a cleaning team from the Cleaning Authority. I suspect I will be leaving other reviews, but I thought an initial review would be helpful. The team of three young women were incredibly friendly, professional, and definitely very thorough. I have had other cleaning companies before, but the work that was done today is simply exceptional. It would take too long to point out everything, but I noticed that lamps, glass tops, all the horizontal shelving look so clean. My bathrooms and kitchen just sparkle and the floors look cleaner than I have seen them look in a very long time! Very glad I decided to give the Cleaning Authority a try!

Always very nice, considerate and always rubs the doggers and brings treats. They do a great job and we look forward to having them come because they are really great and the house looks great!
