THE house always looks so spotless after the girls finish cleaning. I appreciate them so much! And they are such sweet girls! I always look forward to them coming!

Laura and Haley did a great job today! The cats and I did our best to stay out of their way.

We had our first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority this morning. Very happy with the service. We had recently moved into the house and were in need of a good cleaning. After only one cleaning, looks great and smells wonderful! Gone are all the hard water stains and cat hair!

I'm glad we'll be getting regular cleanings from this service.

Now, we just need to finish unpacking.

Haley, Sabrina, and Leslie did a fine job, as usual, but I only left tips for 2 of them, and the 3 of them worked today. I apologize for my oversight. I have mailed the missing tip to your office. Thank you!

I got a $125 gift certificate for this place. I had to call about 7 times before I could get a cleaning scheduled. I asked for my living room and kitchen to be done- that's it.
In the kitchen my 2 windows were wiped down, microwave cleaned, counters wiped, top of stove wiped down and floor mopped.
In my living room my floors were vacuumed, tv stand and pictures dusted.

I have no clue what they did for 2 hours, I could have done all that within 1 hour. I'm extremely disappointed. I also tipped them 30 bucks lol. Never again.

Edit to add 3 months later I get a letter claiming I owe them 62 additional dollars

I am getting ready to sell my house and Mindy and Sabrina did an excellent, first deep cleaning for me today. They were also very tolerant of the furry friends in the house. Thank you ladies!

Michelle, Ciera and Kailee did a great job today! These women work efficiently and are always so friendly!

It's a company that is hit or miss. Never get the same crew. They would be great one time then I would wonder what they did the next time. Final straw was when they knocked down a shelf and broke a pitcher and figurine. We were assured they would take care of the loss but we haven't heard from them in several months and they dont return our calls. I would never recommend them.

The two girls did an amazing job. I have tried so many places and my house was absolutely spotless, even the can lights in the ceiling were cleaned. I will never use anyone else.

Consistently great service. We have been using TCA for more than 2 years, and no matter which team arrives to clean, the outcome is always great.

These girls are great! I can't say enough about them how well they clean the house. And they are friendly and polite! I recommend them to everyone! Super work and have been trained very well!
