The best bagels in the world. Rosemary bagel + honey brie walnut spread is so choice. I look forward whenever I'm in town to stop in.

First time to experience these bagels this morning, and they are AWESOME! Seriously. Best bagel I have ever eaten. Not cheap, but worth the price. My wife and I each had one, and they cost $7.50 total. Money very well spent/eaten.

Stay away from the national chain stores! The bagels are fresh and there are a lot of combinations to try. They also offer some bagel sandwiches which are fantastic. You can tell the quality of the ingredients are far superior to what the mass production chain places can offer.

The bagels are good, the schmears are alright, the music is nauseating. If you're going to try it get it to go.

I stopped in about 10 minutes before close so my bagel wasn't the most fresh it could be. Still, it was good. It was loaded with bacon and eggs and enough to share, especially if going for breakfast.

Best bagels in Cleveland. This location tends to be a bit less busy than the West side location, too.

Delicious bagels and schmear. We both had sea salt bagels but I had the thyme black pepper horseradish (not spicy) schmear and my mother had the brie honey walnut schmear. Both were delicious. We took half a dozen bagels home. Good coffee and hot chocolate. Small interior with limited seating. Very nice and fast staff.

Looking for somewhere to get a cup of coffee. McDonald's is closed for awhile. Got the coffee and a FRESH bagel with schmear. My morning started out right. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars. No Splenda! But overall good.

Best bagels I've had in Cleveland. Not cheap (8 bucks for 6 bagels, I think), but worth it on occasion or if you are loaded.

The bagels are great but the customer service and employment inquiries seemed to be a point if challenge for the people I encountered.

Bagels were just average. Music was overbearing, also needs to be a neutral music genre as not to offend people's sensibilities. I was not a fan of the cashier not only engaging but starting a conversation with a customer wearing a political shirt. I think a business needs to hold a neutral position as not to offend its patrons and just be about the product/goods they sell or service.
