In 2011 I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I went for years dealing with symptoms. About 4 years ago my symptoms got a lot worse. My knuckles were swelling, my fatigue was off the chart, I had memory loss, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't come up with the words I wanted to say, my stomach was a mess, I had nerve sensitivity, hearing sensitivity, the constant pain throughout my body was more severe, my allergies got worse. I was a mess, I couldn't work, I couldn't think, I couldn't function. I am a really tough person, but this got me! I went to Dr. Cole and he diagnosed me with late stage lyme disease, I don't know where I would be today without him. It has been a long hard road but I can finally say that I feel on most days I am back to living a normal life. No other doctor I went to was able to help me and I saw several. I read some of the other reviews about the staff and have to say I am surprised by them, the staff here are great!

My son and I enjoy our visits to the Cole Center. Dr. Cole is so informed on what we need and what works for us. He is a great listener too! The staff is kind and very helpful. The office is convenient for visits and always clean. My son has used the Hyperbarics area and the therapy works well. We love using the natural oils and even travelled to many a baseball tournaments with the muscle and joint oil in hand. Thank you Dr. Cole!

Dr Cole is the only doctor that was able to find my root cause and treat me. He digs deeper than any doctor I have met and cares about your whole picture. His approach is so refreshing!

I read all of the reviews before deciding to leave one and honestly I was amazed at how many 1 and 2 star reviews Dr. Cole got and the comments that were with them. One person even said that it must be family and staff leaving the few good reviews. I am not family or staff. I am just a patient of Dr. Cole's, and I am thrilled with him. Many of the people who left 1 and 2 star reviews even said he was a nice guy, and he is. Common sense tells us that a nice guy is going to do his best for everyone in his life, including his patients, and Dr. Cole does. I came to Dr. Cole, because I had been repeatedly harmed by allopathic doctors. I have some rare and hard to diagnose and hard to treat illnesses and not only did allopathic doctors not help me but they blamed and shamed me rather than admit they didn't have all of the answers. I was emotionally and in some ways physically broken by allopathic medicine when I first began to see Dr. Cole. Early on I was doing several of his therapies and I was seeing improvement. Then, some things happened in my life with one of them being me becoming a long term family caregiver, and all of my priorities, resources, everything changed. The allopathic doctors I was seeing at that time treated me like I was just too lazy to be compliant, actually they said that to me. Dr. Cole realizes that healing is a total body and environment experience, so he has worked with me to find therapies I can accommodate with my new life requirements and has been supportive of me every step of the way. I actually am sometimes surprised by how flexible and supportive he is, because i so often go the opposite from allopathic doctors. I love Dr. Cole and his staff and the only thing I can assume is happening with these 1 and 2 star reviews is that people are being trained by western society to think that medicine has to be one way, so when they end up at Dr. Cole's office they are expecting him to do it like allopathic doctors and become disillusioned when he has a different approach - but many of us who were failed by allopathic medicine need his approach. Many of the people who didn't give him a chance probably needed his approach too or they wouldn't have ended up seeing him instead of an allopathic doctor, but maybe they couldn't wrap their minds around a doctor doing it differently than what they've always seen.

I've found his staff to be wonderful, too. I had an appointment just today and due to some of the things I experienced with allopathic medicine, I'm scared of doctors, even the ones I love and trust. It's like a PTSD reaction. His staff remembers this from visit to visit and goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They did today as well. Also, my last appointment with Dr. Cole, I lost my car keys and couldn't get there on time for my appointment. His staff gave me an appointment that had freed up later in the day and were on and off the phone with me all afternoon to see how my Uber scheduling and trip was going. I made it fifteen minutes late for the new appointment time, yet they still got me in. And, two of his staff waited with me until my ride picked me up even though I told them to go home to their families and I'd wait by the front door, they wouldn't hear of it. They waited with me until I was safely in my car.

I'm so sad to see these 1 and 2 star ratings, because the only thing it says to me is that people are misunderstanding this wonderful man who is a wonderful doctor and his wonderful staff.
