The Colorful Cookery, Berlin OH

This really might be the best pizza in Ohio! We ordered a caprese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, and garlic bread. It was ready during a very busy hour in only about 20 minutes and the people were very friendly. The only tiny wish I had was for indoor seating, but, honestly it seems scandalous to complain about anything when the food is that good! We drove almost two hours to visit Amish country and this little pizza shop was the best part of the trip. Highly recommend.

We are local and ordered for the first time tonite, a large Caprese and large Deluxe! Oh my goodness, we have missed out… the thin crust, the generous toppings and the flavor! Amazing! We are already planning which nights we can have as pizza nights all centered around your hours!

Unique and fresh options! Wonderful staff! We had the Caprese Pizza and Cheesy Garlic bread, and they were both fantastic! When we travel.these are the amazing local gems we love to find! Thanks to all the great reviews that led us to it.we couldn't agree more! Yum!

The hours are limited but totally worth squeezing in if you’re in the area. We saw a bunch of photos of a pickle pizza which isn’t listed on the menu but as soon as we asked about if they offered to whip it up. It was incredible. Great flavors all around and good crust. Even better cold!

Very cute place and the pizza was so tasty and super light! The owner/employee was super nice and friendly! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dublin!

There is an Italian restaurant called Tavola in Hell’s Kitchen NYC that as of today serves the second best pizza that I have ever had.
The Colorful Kitchen’s shop was refreshing, the service exemplary and the pizza to die for. Won’t visit Berlin again without a stop for a pie.

The Colorful Cookery is Fantastic! It’s the Best Kept Pizza Secret in Holmes County. We celebrated my birthday last week at Grand View Exterior Systems and we all Loved it!

A very unique find in the middle of Amish country! Just outside seating, but we got it to go back to our room.

Came from 3hrs away to enjoy Holmes Co. Was concerned about my GF diet.well y'all took care of that! Is fantabulous a word, lol. Absolutely probably one of the best pizzas I've had.hers was also excellent. Thank you for making our anniversary getaway so enjoyable.

This little shop is tucked away in an alley. Stopped in for a slice after being literally drawn in by the amazing smell of the oven from the street. Absolutely amazing pizza. Fluffy cheese, great sauce and some of the best crust we've ever had. Don't forget the cannoli, perfect sweet finish. Oh, and it's one of the few spots in Berlin that sells Coke products, which was nice. Highly recommend stopping in for some truly great pizza in a quirky, fun setting.

Had the house pizza and side salad with the house balsamic dressing.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a trip to Amish Country. This is a tiny spot, a little off the beaten path BUT it is worth a visit. There is no indoor seating but there is a nice area outside to eat your food. Our garlic cheesy bread and personal 10" pizzas were excellent. The pizza sauce was one of the best we have ever had and the crust was just perfect. We will definitely stop back by the next time we are in Berlin.

Amazing pizza! It's a small walk up counter in an alley tucked in the oldest building in town. The server was super friendly and I think she was the owner too. Places to sit are right outside the door, and she has markers to draw all over the walls inside. Really nice, cozy spot. And amazing food too!

When we come down this is a must do everytime! The pizza is delicious and the staff is wonderful.
It is kinda hard to find but we'll worth it!

Awesome customer service and delicious food! My boyfriend and I stopped on a whim while taking a drive through town. We were happy to see the open sign still on after 6: 00, as many of the shops in Berlin close by 5: 00. It was after we ordered our pizza that we realized the shop was about to close in 15 minutes. However, the owner did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing her at all. She treated us as though we were ordering with hours to go before closing. Now that's service! And the pizza (half Chicken Bacon Ranch and half BBQ Chicken) was excellent! It hit the spot for our spur of the moment dinner! It's a very quaint/cozy outdoor seating area. Any others who leave anything less than a 5 star review, either have never owned a small business, or they seem to forget that sometimes life isn't perfect. In many situations it's your own attitude that sets the tone for your experience. Thanks again to the owner for graciously serving us!

This place is amazing! Light, not greasy pies, great deserts, great service. The pickle pizza is Im so glad we found this place
