The Commons at Olentangy, Columbus OH

It's a great place too live or too begin. Me and my girlfriend have been living here for 4 years and just resigned another lease making it our 5th year here. Management is really understanding and will help you if they can. The amenities are nice as well. Great place too call home!

Ms. Joette is wonderful i applied for the apartments she reached out to me asap communicated with me to see what i was looking for she stayed in contact with me and less than a week im approved! Just amazing

Mikella is the absolute best! She was so helpful while we were applying. She communicated everything and told us everything we wanted to know. I highly recommend working with her any time. She’s fantastic.

Run from these apartments. They raise rent by over 10% every year. They’re also in partnership with National Energy Partners. Our last electric bill was $570. They also force you into ATnT for WiFi! We moved out immediately after our lease ended! Run from them. Also their office manager is very arrogant and dismissive about your concerns!

Had an emergency plumbing issue after office hours, I started to panic, until I got ahold of Brian Wold who was at my door step within minutes and resolved the issue I’m moments. A+ service and reassurance. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great place to live. Evan and the maintenance team there did a great job to clean up the place and I love it.

It’s crazy how they let our neighbor party and be really loud all summer I can’t wait until our lease is up this is the worst place we have lived in Columbus Period! Also we have roaches and they won’t do anything about it at all I think they knew we had cameras and black teenagers would break into peoples cars they stole our car totaled it we had the guys friends that party steal our packages all of the time the crime here is terrible if you’re white don’t move here seriously I hate to be that way but yeah they have no respect here and commons doesn’t care

Always have a wonderful morning everytime Susan passes by. She really makes residents feel welcomed and keeps the area looking great.

Ben was awesome! Came in and fixed my shower up and also fixed a previous mistake made on it out of the kindness of his heart. Really professional and a genuine person to have working on anything in your apartment! Highly recommend requesting Ben for any plumbing need!

I would like to thank Grace of Gold Oller for being great at what she does. She has helped us many times when nobody else would. Recently we had a carbon monoxide leak, Grace had a licensed HVAC technician on site the same day and had our entire furnace system replaced within three days. Thank you Grace!

The most unprofessional leasing team you will ever encounter. Especially Zach. Once your lease is signed, they have no incentive to be polite or even helpful. Furthermore, they have the some of the least skilled maintenance I've ever experienced. Had a plumbing issue where raw sewerage leaked from the living room ceiling for 2 months before any real attempt was made to fix it. It wasn't until corporate was involved that there was any improvement. Shower was inoperable for the last 2 months of the lease. They refused to fix it or offer any credit. Overpriced for ancient property built in 1974. SAVE YOUR MONEY

The event today that was held was awesome. Me and my friend had fun, the food, drinks were awesome and it was kid friendly. I can’t wait till the next event. It was lit!

Transferred from one GoldOller community to The commons and it was seamless! I absolutely love how spacious my town home is.

Justin Jones is a dope maintenance guy the Maintenance at the commons is pretty good its a nice place to live. Literal only downside is I'm forced to pay Nationwide Energy partners for my utilities and they're evil and the electric bills can be almost devastating in the winter- Other than that the commons is
