The Connor Group, Miamisburg OH

My wife and I are newer residents of Dock Street Flats and the North Loop area coming from Southern California. We’ve been pleasantly surprised by the great food scene, local breweries and all the fun activities in the neighborhood.

We researched and visited many other apartment complexes before deciding on Dock Street Flats. We liked the layout and finishes of the apartment, as well as all the amenities such as the gym, pool and amazing rooftop.

We already liked the place when we moved in, but luckily for us a new management company took over and has been making a bunch of nice upgrades. They painted the entire interior of the building, installed new flooring in common areas, added new gym equipment and upgraded the stone on the pool deck and around the barbecues. They’re also putting a dog park on the roof!

In addition to the building itself, the staff is awesome! From management and office staff (Mike, Abby and Austin) to the cleaning crew - all of them are super-friendly and actually know their residences by name! It’s nice to walk around the building and have it feel like being a part of a family. Kudos to the whole team.

I’ve been living at the Estates at New Albany the last three years and I have had the best experience working with Katelyn, the Property Manager. In the year that she has been here, the changes to the property have been phenomenal. Although the team in the office has changed quite a few times, the current team is both professional, energetic and absolutely attentive to all of our requests. Thank for providing me a great place to call home!

I've lived at the outlook dtc location for a year now and I can say the staff and place are the absolute best. They handle problems with your apartment or around the building swiftly while providing excellent customer service it's more like being surrounded by friends who care for your wellbeing than someone just trying to collect a check

Every person I have spoken with at The Connor Group has been extremely helpful and supportive. Property management companies can easily leave their tenants out in the rain, but the people at The Connor Group have always been easy to work with and they actively try to make your day better. I’m a new resident at Dovetree Apartments in Miraine. I cannot say enough about Bonnie & Katie. They are so welcoming, patient & helpful during the whole process. I feel like I e already made new friends in both of them.

Can't wait to move in to Austin Springs, the apartments are gorgeous and the buildings are incredibly well-kept. Feels like entering a quiet neighborhood, people are out walking their dogs and hanging out in their backyards. The leasing process was very smooth, thanks to Lindsey, and everything was made very clear to me before I ever committed to signing anything or paying any type of application fee. I had to pause my inital application process, and I felt no pressure at all to jump into something I wasn't quite ready for. They were very kind and told me I could reach back out whenever I was ready. Communication has been excellent, even with the smallest details, and I am very very happy to call Austin Springs home.

First off, the Coil is in a GREAT location, as someone who is new to Indy - I am enjoying how centrally located Broadripple is. The Coil's proximity to keystone shopping (Meijer, target, wal-mart, etc.) is incredibly convenient, but its proximity to local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, live music, and other great places is even more ideal. I can walk E-V-E-R-Y-W-H-E-R-E! I can even hear live music from my balcony.

If you are into personal fitness, there is a great gym downstairs, and a YMCA right up the street! But my favorite part is being able to run (or bike) on the Monon trail - the trail is incredibly flat, so it is perfect for exercise! It is also great for winding down your day with a nature walk - the Marrot Woods nature preserve is accessible off of the Monon trail (roughly a mile from the Coil's doorstep), and is big enough to make you feel like you are 'lost in nature'.

I haven't even begun to explore everything I want to experience in this area, so I'll have to update you all later on!

Next, living at the Coil itself: its been great

The staff is incredibly friendly! Shoutout to Madi! She's be extremely excellent in the welcoming weeks and making sure my move-in went smoothly. Just shoot her an email/text and she will get it taken care of. For my first apartment, this has been a blessing - staff/maintenance response was a major factor in my choice of apartments and I'm not regretting picking the Coil!

Lastly - the apartment itself is perfect. I was unsure about living in a studio (around 700sq.ft.), but I'm finding it is more than enough space - there is SO much storage space here! To save space, the balcony is a great spot for house plants too! The kitchen is more than enough for cooking - if you are into that (hint: I am), and the bathroom is (H) UGE! Not to mention, the space itself is gorgeous. Those countertops

There is a lot more I'd like to get into, but for now - I'm gonna go get a beer and watch the dueling pianos.

I'll provide an update near the end of lease. Like I said, I've got more to explore.

PS, the internet is super fast here. I get 16ms ping on my games!

I live at cross creek, I love what they’ve done with the place & the girls in the office are always so helpful!

I have lived at The Gardens At Cherry Creek in Colorado for a year and just re-signed my lease. This is a great place to live with spacious apartments and wonderful amenities. The leasing staff makes things a breeze and any issues are handled quickly and with care.

I’ve live at Grand Riviera who was recently taken over by the Connor Group. I can guarantee this company is great based on the people in the office. Special thanks to Amber who has went above and beyond to follow up with my family and I. We feel valued and taken care of as a whole. The leasing office at the District is really one of a kind and the pool area looks amazing

I have lived at Excelsior and Grand for 2 years now and I love everything about it. The location is unbeatable, my apartment is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Everyone in the office is very welcoming, but Marie and Megan especially are so sweet and make a genuine effort to get to know their residents. I see myself living here for many years to come!

I love living at Hunters Chase! Plenty of space for my kids to play outside and I love the view of the Lake, I Highly recommend living at Hunter’s chase!
