OMG stop only use these clowns if you need a house in 3 years. Act 1 is Michelle who will promise and agree to everything. Act 2 is Steve who will promise it will be done next week but never Has a pen and paper…. Oh and never happens. Act 3 is owner Tim who relies on his two incompetents and has lots of canned apologies. Have fun with this group.
