Great services at very good prices. Very friendly. I take my Bella there for what I call her beauty treatment, they are great with her.

My dog is fine and happy when he goes and comes back. The only issue was not being able to have my dog's nails trimmed when he was groomed on day of pickup, Sunday or Monday.

I love the convenience of being able to drop them off for daycare and have them groomed at the same time!

I will start with this i like the groomers and they do a great job, However my issue is last week I had an appt and was told they could not groomer her because she did not have her shots up to date. Just to note I was at the appt on time. So I rescheduled the appt after her vet visit to be groomed and they charged me an extra 20 to 25 dollars when I called to ask why my charge was so high because receipt showed 68 dollars then below showed 93 dollars that's when they informed me due to a missed appt. The girl on the phone informed me they don't keep those records. Apparently they do bc they denied her a week ago.and when I dropped her off they took a copy of her shot record. I looked on the website it does state shots have to be updated but doesn't say anywhere that I saw you will have miss appointment charges. My dog has been serviced here for a year now just very unhappy with the chrge when I was there and did not miss the appt and the lack of information of if you keep records or don't and if you do keep record when one makes the appt why did they not inform me they could not groom her.

Gemma loves to come here to play! I feel she is safe here. I also feel I can go shopping or whatever I need or want to do while she is getting some social skills Thank you for such a great place for both of us!

The groomer did a fantastic job with Bella and we couldn't be more pleased with their services and staff! Bella loves to go there for playtime to see her friends!

My German shepherd loves Dog stop and they are always helpful and accommodating with my crazy schedule to get my dog taken care of!

We had never taken our dog Jillie to daycare, although I thought she would like it because she likes other dogs. The first day, I practically had to drag her into the building because she was so anxious. That first day was for the Dog Stop to evaluate her to see if she would be a good candidate for daycare. She was pretty fearful the entire time she was there, so they did not take her into the daycare and told me she might not be a good fit for daycare. I had faith in my dog and asked if I could bring her back the next day to try again. This time, she went in a little less reluctantly and they were able to introduce her to the daycare experience. I loved it when a few hours later I received a call from the Dog Stop and they told me that she was definitely a dogs dog. She entered the play area with the zoomies and hasn't stopped since. Now she drags me into the building! She comes home all worn out and happy! I also love the fact that they have cameras so I can check in and see if she is having a good time or misbehaving in any way. She really doesn't need grooming, only a nail trim and occasional bath. It is nice to know that they offer pet grooming services that we will definitely take advantage of. We are also happy that she likes it there, because we know that we can leave her for boarding and she will think she is on vacation while we are! Thank you to all the workers who care for the dogs!

Staff was very responsive when checking in with our pup while we were on vacation and made some last minute changes to help with his anxiousness at the beginning of his stay. Definitely recommend the Dog Stop!

They were boarding a dog that I rescued. They showed her great affection and love while she was waiting to be adopted.

They are always friendly, know my dogs by name and my pups are always delightfully tired when I pick them up from daycare! On top of that, the hours are very flexible, which is perfect with my job. My dogs are always excited to go in the morning.

Our dog loves coming to daycare here. He had to take a break because he had gotten neutered recently, but now he's completely healed and ready to go see his friends again.
