Nick and Zach from The Eco Plumbers installed a gas line and gas logs for an existing fireplace. The also replaced an outdoor spigot.

Everything was explained in advance including the cost. The work was done promptly and with care.

They kept everything neat and tidy and used shoe covers to protect the floor. When they were done they cleaned up the work area.

During the day Adam, who I assumed was a manager, stopped by to make sure everything was on track.

With the quality of work that was done plus the two year warranty I would gladly use the Eco Plumbers again.

Nick is a real pro and I he is on your job you can be sure it will be done well.

Aaron was on time and professional. Discussed probable problems with our hot water heater and quoted price to replace. When asked about odor in our water he checked possible sources and suggested possible issues. He was articulate and knowledgeable and did not press for an immediate sale. I am very satisfied with him and pending a much lower estimate will buy from Eco-Plumbers.

Nick did a very professional and great job repairing the main water line into my home. He dealt with the city water department so I didn’t need to. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on the plumbing of my home. I would highly recommend him and Eco Plumbing for all your needs.

What I love most about this business is their care for customer service. From my initial call to their visit to the review option, you can tell customer service matters to them. I definitely plan on using their service again in the future.

Nick did a great job replacing my 75 year old gasline that was leaking. He left his number so I could let him know when Columbia gas turned on heat and hot water. He will return for city inspection tomorrow morning.

I had a consult for a full house water filtration. Due to my home being on a slab and limited space I couldn’t get the one I wanted. Aaron thought of every alternative possible and reached out a few others at Eco Plumbers. I was able to get the next best option and was very great full he took the extra time to consider options within my price range. He was awesome! I’m a repeat customer as they replaced my water main and installed a tankless water heater. Love the customer service! Thanks so much!

Technicians worked well, explaining the issues. They returned to adjust the faucet valve when the faucet would not provide the correct temperature.

Isaiah did a great job with my annual water heater flush. Have also used Eco-plumbers for other jobs and they are always great.

I scheduled them for a quote. Aaron was knowledgeable, honest and professional. He was an excellent representative of his company. I felt comfortable in doing business with Aaron.

Nick came by the help me out for a free estimate, which apparently is rare around here. Checked out my leaky pipe in the water heater room, and within one minute he knew just what to do. He was able to pull up price options from their navigator, contact their scheduler and clear his morning to help me out today. He was friendly, competent and even tacked up a few things for me from a previous job. I would highly recommend using the services and nick as well!

Routine maintenance for tankless water heater. Eco plumbers also installed it and everything has gone well.

Chris came out and looked at everything that was causing an issue and advised to try a DIY remedy first rather than book a service. That's great customer service. I couldn't believe he came out and I paid nothing out of pocket. Felt bad but he didn't have a problem with it. Will use them again.

Logan and Nate did a fabulous job installing a new water heater and Logan explained the process and answered any questions i had. Thank you for the professional service.
