1 I initially gave my review of 5 stars after my wife and I moved in, in 2020. Three and a half years later we just moved out and I would not change my rating at all! Its location is worth it alone. Bethel and Henderson is an super underrated area of Columbus. Its very quite, which I now learned to appreciate, and the staff are just awesome. Annette, Dwayne and Mike are all great people!
I know people can have different experiences between units, ours was and end unit under a giant shade tree, so we had an ideal spot but I dont think there was one particular unit I wouldnt live in. Additionly one of my favorite parts of living here was that we could garden, hang flags, enjoy our little outdoor spaces as we wanted within reason.
Its not all pros, just to be aware. Crime does happen over here. I personally had issues with people messing with my car in 2021. I felt like the staff did what they could to help though.
Honestly, if these units only had a second bedroom we might of been here for longer!
