How can you speak with a patient for 20 minutes and conclude that they are"faking" the symptoms of PTSD and Anxiety disorder. I guess the 16 years of domestic violence didn't happen. Of course, he never asked me any questions about the situation, so how would he know? What a ridiculous joke! Don't go there!

Not worth the visit. Tell your physicians not to recommend this clinic. Don't go to this clinic. And if you think the issues probably won't apply to you, you're playing a losing game. Don't be like me, assume you're the exception, and then be manipulated into paying more out of pocket expenses than you expected. If this already happened to you, submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about the clinic. Maybe if enough of us do, something will change.

The soonest appointment was months away - OK. I pre-verified expenses with insurance which seemed to go well with the Flexmen rep and my insurance rep. I briefly spoke with a doctor and had two days of testing I didn't understand the relevance of. I didn't get to speak with a doctor about my results which I received months later (certainly after the time frame they told me to expect the results). Months after that, I received a bill for costs that did not come up when I pre-verified expenses because it included codes the clinic didn't send to my insurance during the pre-appt verification. Thieves.

Short diagnostic interview (20 mins) with the doctor and then hours of standardized testing by clinicians. Flexman doesn't go over the results with you.
Everything was rushed like a conveyor belt.except in their speed of getting results back to you.

The Flexman Myers Clinic is AWFUL. I went through over 3 hours of testing most of which were me in a room by myself answering HUNDREDS of multiple choice questions (I understand this is apart of the testing). The environment is very strict and uncomfortable making the test taking difficult. The results of it were far from true. The results said I struggle in school, primarily in Math and Language Arts OK then why am I in all advanced courses and highly excelling? This doesn't make sense at all. The staff was nice besides the actual psychologist who was cold and rude. If you are looking into this place, don't there are far better places out there that give you true results.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt listened to and valued as a patient. Dr. Myers was patient with allowing me to voicemail concerns and offered feedback and listened. Alexis was considerate and helpful. Walking me through what was happening and the expectations.

Far more concerned with enforcing their policies than helping patients. A ridiculous number of appointments and only 25 mins with an actual clinician. The clinician asked leading questions and NEVER ASKED "why do you think you have X? " Other appointments were with college students wearing white coats (literally). Findings report was 6 weeks late. Only got it when the referring doctor's office called to ask for the status. Findings were completely based off the interview and had little substance.

Stay as far away from this Clinic as you can this place is nothing but a money grab. I called to reschedule my appointment, was told they were at lunch and will call me back. I received no call then a few days later I receive a message stating I have a $25 cancellation fee.

A past employee told me that this clinic only diagnosis two types of symptoms. They only care about money, money money. The staff is often dramatic.even about the smallest of things. Stay. Away. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I've known a few people who have brought their kids here. The kids were completely different in all ways, but the Flexman Clinic gave each one the exact same diagnosis. Receptive-Expressive Language Disorder or Central Auditory Processing Disorder, anyone, or everyone?

There's not a school in the Dayton area that takes a Flexman report seriously. Go somewhere that actually gives personalized assistance - not a one size fits all diagnosis.

One of the female therapists there in 2008-2009 creeps on kids. Dunno if she still works there.

I read the bad reviews on here, and I thought “they probably won’t apply to me. ” Boy, was I wrong. I was told I would have my results a month after I was tested. It has now been over two months, and I have not recieved them. I have called and every time they tell me another week. I was told I would get them this week—nothing. So, if you would like your results in a timely fashion reconsider this as your choice.

Had a fine experience. I dont understand some of these other reviews. If people have a problem with the amount their insurance will pay, isnt that a problem between them and their insurer, not the Doctor? Seems to me, thats how it works at any Doctors office. I dont know, maybe I was just not raised to expect a free ride like some snowflakes

Pleasant helpful staff. I was running late due to accident on 35, they were very accommodating and Dr. Flexman was so compassionate and explained so much to me about process that I would be going through

I was very disappointed with the service that the Flexman Clinic provided. The front office staff is difficult to reach, the wait time for service was excessive, and the billing process is not at all transparent. As has been noted by other reviewers, I was quoted one price for service, only to receive a bill at a later date for additional fees. The information that they sent to my insurer was not at all clear and while I tried to figure out what led to the charges on my account, they applied a 19% penalty (on the entire amount of the unpaid balance) every thirty days and threatened collections with the second statement. Needless to say, I will not use then for any services in the future.

Don't go here, the office doesn't know what they're doing and the psychiatrist barely gives you the time of day.do a bit of research and find a another psychiatrist.just about any other psychiatrist would be better.they only care about your money here.

Came here 5 years ago to assess a learning disability for my daughter. Great experience! Came back again this year and found the experience to be the total opposite. Dr. Flexman was not the kind man I remember. He was short and really didn't care what I had to say. He was quite argumentative. The staff kept my daughter in a small room for over two hours for testing. However, she was forced to sit when finished her testing for long periods of time doing nothing. This will be my last experience at this clinic.

Will give you one quote saying they've check with your insurance company. You pay and have the services. Then they will bill you more money when the insurance company pays jyst some or none of the amount.
