The Foundry, Dayton OH

Great place to get dinner. I do have one nitpick though.
I ordered the Steak Poutine, and let me tell you it was delicious and I probably would have ordered this dish still and would order it again, but it isn’t poutine. It’s a steak and a baked potato with cheese and gravy. I was expecting poutine and was pretty disappointed that it just wasn’t. All that to say, it was delicious and there were bites that were reminiscent of poutine, but without fries and cheese curds the textures are never going to be right.
This dish stands on its own and doesn’t need to be called poutine to be great, because, it was really good.

Had a great dinner at The Foundry with coworkers last night. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and Angelica was an awesome server! She knew the menu and made sure we were having a good time!

Keyan was great! Recommended great food options and even sang to us for a friends birthday!

Celebrated my friends birthday in the new rooftop igloo. Everything was awesome. Our server was great, he even sang happy birthday to my friend. The 24 hour chicken, salmon and pizza were all delicious. Can't wait to comeback and try more food.

Drinks were great, delicious pizza, and Keyan was great and picked the best dishes on the menu for us

Had a great meal at this chic downtown eatery. The decor is appropriate for a city establishment called Foundry, with rugged furnishings with iron trim. Food and drinks were great. The staff seemed to make the place hum with excitement. Our server, Jonathan was excellent, from service to his recommendations all top notch!

Angelica is amazing! Always a great time when we are seated in her section. Great food, drinks, and ambiance! Will definitely keep spreading the word about this place!

The Foundry is an excellent treasure in Dayton!
The Capricious Pie wood fired pizza was superb as were the Ingot Crabcakes. The flavors were amazing and fresh!
Abigail provided amazingly attentive service and menu recommendations!

Food was fine. Small menu, but sufficient. Service was great, our server Keyan came by often enough to help when we needed it but not so often as to hover. When the patio is open, looks like a great place to spend some time.

Worth a visit.

This place was amazing. Service here made our experience. Thank you to Jewels for the best drinks in town and Angelica who went out of her way to make sure we had a great time tonight.

The atmosphere was TOP TIER! Our server Angelica (like the Rugrats) was AMAZING! She was very personable and had a great attitude! She checked in regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. The food was brought to us in a timely manner and was DELICIOUS! And the DJ, OMG, set the vibe! I’m definitely going to be sure to visit again, and I will request Angelica to be my server! A+
