Excellent staff and care! They were more than happy to accommodate our son’s temporary medical needs that other childcare centers would likely have declined to support. Our older son is consistently learning new things, and is always excited to go in each morning. The staff follows good, planned lessons such that instruction and learning are present, rather than simply childcare. I would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

A few years ago, my daughter was in the preschool of Goddard School. On June 1,2015 (my daughter was almost 6 years old), her father took her home and said that she accidentally fell at school and hurt her eyelids. I was very doubtful at the time, thinking that she could not fall down and would hurt her eyelids, but my daughter said that she accidentally fell and injured her eyelids, so we did not pursue it.
We haven't discussed this topic until recently when we talked about it, my daughter said that a little boy pushed her and injured her there. But because the teacher told her that she was injured herself, she didn't explain the truth because she was afraid of the teacher's blame.
The behavior of this school is too bad! I do not recommend parents to send their children to this school!

I was told to take my bad review down or I would get sued. I will keep to myself what happened at Goddard, but I will not take away the 1 star. That was initially made 3 weeks ago when I stepped foot into the building.
Thanks Goddard, but I’m not unstable as you said in your voicemail you left:)

I have three daughters at the Goddard school of Springboro and I am very happy with the kindness, professionalism and care provided by the entire staff! In addition, the new building is beautiful and creates a nurturing and fun environment for the kids. It does feel like a family and I highly recommend this school!

We had to pull my 1.5 year old son from this school after only 3 weeks. It was a bad experience all around. The facility and staff were not welcoming. It did not have the warmth you expect in a place filled with children. The communication was virtually non existent and the staff acted like my wife and I were unreasonable seeking updates on how our son's day was going. We only received a daily report via email at the end of the day, around 6 o'clock, that looked like it was copy and pasted from the previous day. They said you could get text messages, but only if you had an IPhone. Luckily my wife does, but we still struggled mightily getting any feedback on how his day was going. Pretty much everyday we picked my son up he was hungry and thirsty. After our experience we would not suggest this place to anyone.

Currently, I have three children there who have been enrolled by their father and his wife. My younger two are 8 and 10. My third is 14. My 14-year-old told me that she would be going to daycare with the younger two and I was rather surprised. What's more, she did not want to go because it was not meant for someone her age. And so, I decided to call the Goddard School to find out more. On 23 May, late in the afternoon, I called. One of the owners, Banita Rehki, answered the phone. I asked what the age cut off was for their summer program and she said usually 6th grade. And so I asked if they accepted teenagers who would be a freshman in high school in the fall. She hesitated and I said that it appears that you have and I told her about my kids. She said that she thought my oldest was just finishing the 7th grade and I told that that was not correct. Then she became rude with me and said that the 6th grade cut off was not a hard and fast rule. I told her the my oldest has no disabilities, physical or mentally, and why would a Goddard School accept an incoming freshman into high school when the program, as stated on their website, was crafted for elementary school aged children up to 12 years old. I did not receive an answer that seemed legitimate.

After 6 minutes, the call ended and it was not productive, but I certainly feel that if I need to pick up my children there, that I would not be welcome and I still don't understand how the Goddard School would make what seems to me this kind of exception to their policy when it seems to me, to be detrimental to a 14-year-old to be put in daycare with elementary school aged children. Whatever the reason, it appears to me that my child's best interest is not being considered here.

We love the Goddard School simply because of the employees and all of the things they teach the kids. Teachers/owners are very nice and will talk to you, kids learn a lot, there are pageants where all ages participate, picnics hosted by the owner.great franchise.
