Last year when I just gave birth, none of the Children’s Hospital taking any new patients at the time. I was told they wouldn’t discharge me and my son until I could find one that let us go for a visit within 2 days after being discharged. Finally, my husband found this place. We saw the area and were kinda afraid that it wouldn’t be the best for our son. We were talking about transferring to somewhere else if that was the case.

However, after our first visit with Dr. Whalen, I told my husband that I am going to continue to take my son here. I’d probably never been to any other pediatrician’s but Dr. Whalen is the best for us, especially our son. The wait time at this health care might be longer than expected sometimes but with all the extra time he takes if needed, I think it’s still reasonable.

Would totally recommend this place!)

I’ve been bringing all 3 of my children here for many many years (my oldest is 16) This is a great health center, and has recently been updated. The staff are great and my small child is not afraid of the doctor or shots thanks to the amazing nurses. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

Someone else mentioned the Hispanic lady at the front desk at the dentist office but obviously it needs to be repeated. She's incredibly rude.
Even though I was told multiple times to come in early in order to speak with the dentist by people at the front desk and the dentist's office, I kind of knew it wouldn't work out because they are so disorganized, rude and don't mean anything they say. I explain what I was told and automatically the lady at the front desk said "You can't see the doctor for just a tooth cleaning. " I didn't even say what I was there for. I was there for wisdom tooth issues. Was never advised to contact UC but the lady at the desk acted like I was stupid for not doing so. Obviously mad to be there and feels the need to make that everyone else's problem.

Bad attention starting from the receptionists. If I had to recommend my probability of doing so would be zero. So if you need attention, look for another place because there you will only lose your money.

The translators they have are very bad and they go twice so that the doctor doesn't tell her what I want her to tell her I suffer from depression and I tell her to tell her and she answers me it's normal one feels sad sometimes and she doesn't translate well

Dr. Weatherington is a Excellent Doctor but i gave a 2 star rate because of nurse Mary that worked with her set me up by coming to me with a photo of a child and saying that she believe that i was her long lost relative then set me up for down fall and told lies on me, growing up in foster care and not knowing enough about your biological family is a nightmare when you meet the wrong people.

The welcome is great and the team is professional especially Keysha she is helpful and very friendly
