9The Restorative Sound Healing event is life changing. I arrived stressed and left peaceful. The vibration from the crystal bowls had an amazingly spiritual effect on my entire body especially my mind. After all we are just souls in a body. I highly recommend!

Gentle-Flow Yoga with Cathy has been the perfect class for me as a beginner in the yoga world! The environment is warm, inviting, caring, and non- competitive…. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable, creative, and intuitive in helping all class members adjust her class to their individual needs and/or restrictions. Plus… it is fun!

I so enjoyed my grand opening “unlimited yoga for a month” special! I feel taller, stronger and more flexible. My balance has improved and I leave each class with a sense of energized calm! The Heart Center space, instructors, and community feel are incredible. I’ve reconnected with people I haven’t seen in years, and it’s so fun to practice together. I’ve not been to the Heart Center yet, but I took Reiki 1&2 with Polly. Polly is a warm, calm and loving person, anything she is involved in will be comforting and peaceful.
The Heart Center is so much more than a yoga studio! Polly and the other yoga teachers have created a sense of community here, where one can find not only nourishment for mind, body and spirit but also a lot of friendly and welcoming faces. Nothing competitive going on here!
My first yoga class with Polly was close to 20 years ago. I’ve practiced yoga with other instructors and find that what sets Polly apart is her ability to intuitively connect to a higher power and guide her students toward that experience. Polly’s classes feed my soul and help me practice stepping away from ‘ego’ and connecting to my higher self. She has engaged other instructors with similar gifts to lead classes at The Heart Center.
I have been participating in the Heart Center programs since it has opened - Reiki, Yoga, etc. This fabulous space is only surpassed by the professional, highly skilled, and kind instructors! Each time I have been involved in a class, I have been energized, refreshed, and centered. If you have been searching for another vehicle to foster your self care, this is your opportunity - truly welcoming and nonjudgmental.
