The Heritage at Wyoming, Cincinnati OH

My experience has been nothing more than great, From management to maintenance. Well done is better than well said. Tammy and her staff are the epitome of professionalism, customer service was great and they are truly passionate, and knowledgeable about their guests, yes I said guest because I don't feel like renter, I feel like I am home.

The manager Tammy has been wonderful, the maintenance staff is great as well. I'm very happy with my move!

This property has been well managed and the upkeep is a plus any time I’ve ever had a problem with anything I could go to the Property Manager and she was right on getting it solved.

Tammy, the property manager, is always responsive in a timely manner. Her demeanor is always cheerful, helpful, and kind. I am very pleased with the services at the Heritage Apartments. The maintenance deparrtment and all outside contractors have been courteous and skilled at any repairs needed.

Outstanding place to live. Management and maintenance are excellent and prompt to take care of tenants needs with the upmost importance. The onsite contractors are absolutely wonderful, they are courteous, neat knowledgeable and adhere to all safety and time guidelines helping to make an already great place to live even better.

Tammy is truly a gem! Providing first class living at its finest! She provides apartment homes that are clean, up dated and cozy! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I have lived here for two years now. Constantly work orders are ignored, I have not had working AC for more than a week total (over the two years combined), apartments are lazily updated, and workers constantly leave the front door open allowing birds to fly around the hallway.

As an update, their response to my complaint was meaningless. Still no AC, sleeping in an 81° apartment is not high end by any means especially as rent is raised

The openness and amount of space in the apartments, and maybe even more importantly the wonderful neighbors who actually look out for one another, cannot be beat! I lived at The Heritage 10 years, left for a few years, then came back. I missed it.
Great apartments. Great Manager. Great school system. Great neighbors.

We moved into the heritage at Wyoming the beginning of April 2022. The apartments are very spacious and updated with luxurious amenities. The few maintenance concerns I had were addressed promptly. The manager Tammy is very friendly and professional and Alisha the maintenance tech is also very friendly, prompt and professional. I would recommend the heritage at Wyoming if you are looking.

I just moved into a recently renovated unit. Very nice large floor plan! The new finishes are beautiful and as advertised. If I were nitpicking, the installation appears to be a bit rushed in spots, but is definitely acceptable. My unit has a large den/office with a fireplace. The manager, Tammy has been professional and easy to work with. She’s friendly, receptive, and organized. 5 Stars

I understand that maintenance is a necessity for both apartments and houses. But this isn’t my forever home. Maintenance on a house and maintenance for an overpriced apartment complex are completely different. As I have stated in my other reviews, I expect to get what I’m paying for. Had I been informed of the poor plumbing of this complex, I would not have moved here. I expect things to need fixing every now and again, but not several times the same issues in less than 90 days. And although, the turnaround of maintenance is better here, things are still done poorly. So no I’m not enjoying the rest of my time here and I have no intentions of ever signing another lease with any property. And I lived several weeks amongst flying ants coming out of my vents and no one was eager to fix the problem. They put traps which didn’t work instead of having someone spray the first time around, since that is what worked. And I have been ready to throw my hands up and walk away from this apartment since then, because again it’s not worth it.

Just moved here (Feb 2021) and like it a lot. Tammy is super helpful, maintenance is very quick and accurate in finding solutions to issues. If you call about anything they will get back same or 1 day later.
