This is the worst place for rental i ever been
Staff was really rude
I can’t even tell how rude she was!
They never answer the phone or help inside the office!
Not recommended at all
And they have to let this lady out of the office as soon as possible!

They will enter your apartment without notice. And if whatever they are fixing is around your stuff they will ruin it. They tell everyone to respect their property but don't respect you or your privacy. I wholeheartedly regret moving here. It's not worth it. Stay away. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. There have been a pair of pants by the stairs outside for over 2 weeks and no one has picked it up. They can barely take care of this place.

This is the absolute worst apartment community. The worst management, the worst manager, the worst staff. They care nothing about their residents and have zero customer service skills. My daughter was actually threatened to not have her issue taken care of if she didn't "change her attitude. " Honestly, what type of Regional Manager would threaten such a thing? That is retaliation! This is, by far, one of the worst apartment communities I've ever visited and I've visited so many due to my profession. The extremely low rating should be a huge red flag. Don't rent from this place.

EDIT TO ADD: they sent me a return check and then it BOUNCED. This place is a scam. Never give them your money

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with for an apartment. They lied and told me a townhouse was going to be coming available so I paid $300 for an application then they dodged my calls and e-mails for weeks. When I finally talked to I believe it was Cynthia, she told me there wasn’t anything available and she would refund me some of the money but not all of it. It has been nearly two weeks now and they still have not refunded me ANY money and I have to call and email multiple times to get any replies.

Very rude employees, aren’t welcoming at all.they look forced to work here!

Cynthia is by far the sweetest lady I have had the pleasure of speaking with. And they have amazing move in specials with two bedrooms under 900 dollars a month. I loved seeing they had a place to walk around and they're near where I work. Always answered any questions I had and were very welcoming.

I just had a visit an hour ago and the first apartment I visited, yes its ready to move in but the toilet couldn't even flush. That was a nice introduction.
