The Home Depot reviews
20This place has the best ideas and I always buy more than I intended. They have a very nice paint department!
Have a gift card. Unnecessary pin number required to use it. Losing the card with a pin number on the back off it defeats the purpose. Nix the pin number just an inconvenience to the user.
Went looking for salt after the big snow storm here and I was pleased to find it was stocked up here.
I like Home Depot. I just went to the Garden center to get top soil and mulch. All mulch was $3.33 a bag! I chose thw black mulch and to my surprise it had epsom salt in it! Yummy for my flowers's tummies lol
The managers are LESS than helpful. Customer service is awful. Simply trying to make a return of a product I purchased WITH my home depot credit card.and they wouldn't return it. I'm infuriated. They refused to try other methods to help me with my return of a broken product less than 2 months old. NEVER returning to this home depot again. Corporate will be contacted.
Their reliance on self-scan checkouts forced me to a 3 star. Everything was decent through the store, but they had all of the registers closed except the u-scans. We had some tile that wouldn't scan and the attendant was not helpful and had no personality. She even was too lazy to even select the register that we were working at, so we had to gather our stuff and drag the kids to the new register. I think that I'll stick to Lowes.
When are you going to learn Home Depot? You need more people on the floor. Getting help is impossible at times.
Customer service is horrible. You get no help from the workers oh, no help with promoters, and they don't even know where anything is in their own store
Wanted to rate zero. Every employee i askef for help told me they were busy. Srocking shelves, although important should not be a reason not to help a customer
It was overwhelming. Too many customer service representatives at entrance and not enough twords the middle of the store.
If you need help with your paint project. Ask for Emma, this gal is so knowledgeable and helpful! I wouldn't get my paint anywhere else!
When we went in we really weren't sure what exactly we were going to get.the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help us make some decisions. We even had a project that we were going to do and found a simpler way to do it just by talking to somebody and then giving us advice
In & out, hassle free. Great customer service & associates. The self checkout was quick & easy.
I always go there to get supplies and parts for projects. My dad doesnt like them for his own reasons but I expect most people will have a good experience. They have great service and the workers know their stuff well. I like how I can go in there and come out with more than I thought I needed. I love starting projects especially when I can get everything from one place
This trip was not the best as cashiers were too busy in conversation among themselves. I am spending money!
They always have what im looking for.prices are reasonable.in line with the other stores.all the items i needed today were on sale.couldnt beat that.store clean and organized.helpful clerks
Shop here often, and they are pretty helpful. May take some time for someone to cut blinds for you but i had the same problem at lowes. Besides that, there are a few pan handlers outside that will try to ask for money.
The cashier was sooo nice! Friendly! She made me hot chocolate! A good example of good customer service!
Today, Nov 25th tried to shop for a few Xmas items and found the isle's way too narrow for barely one person. The handicapped shoppers in their wheeled carts just can't manuver through them. Plus in two of the isle's they left a bunch of unstocked items sitting in the way, you could not get through. And turning is impossible! This is NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
