Larry went above and beyond (literally) looking for a particular ladder/bench we were looking for. Love shopping this store!

Mostly friendly staff, checkout people are a little too pushy with the credit suggesting to apply again even though I already have and pointed out that I'm using my card to pay for it? But they probably make them do that. Lots of empty shelf space.

I stopped at the Home Depot for
some furnace filters and some misc things.
There are always friendly workers
around stocking items and. Will direct
you to what you're looking for.
Just ask. Many people just wander
around and Don't.

Went to buy a washer. I got quick service and a washer with all my requirements at a great price. And delivery and hook up are FREE! Our sales rep was exceptionally friendly and made me happy I shopped at Home Depot.

The worst experience i ever had in any home improvements store. The associate in appliances was very rude and caused them to lose a $1000 sale.

Use to be my go to but Lowes has a better selection and stuff is easier to find, and prices are better. Only reason we went there is they had a Christmas yard blow up no one else had locally.

No check out open. Only self service

Chance from the parking lot help me placing some stuff in my car, he was extremely friendly in the middle of a heavy rain. He was just awesome.

Everyone at the pro desk is so helpfull i never have a problem dealing with becky or sarah highly reccomend the pro desk at massillon home depot

I understand safety is a priority, but shutting down half of the lumber dept to move stock is rediculus. This operation should be done prior to hours that paying customers are in the store!

A huge selection of home repair products. Knowledgeable employees, but the search on the website is horrible. Looking for a "large round outdoor thermometer" sends me grill thermometers, rain gauges, Nest thermostats.etc. It seems to be this way on everything I've ever searched for.the results don't match, even closely, to what I'm searching for. When I can't find something, I just look elsewhere. Home Depot, please get a new web designer!

Somewhat hit or miss with help, but when applicable I've always had good luck. Convenient location, good events, standard sales/prices I believe.

My husband went to your store to purchase a riding mower today. He waited 15 minutes for a sales associate to help after one was called. No one came.he asked again, waited another 20 minutes, no one came! Ask again for help.management sent a young boy who knew nothing about mowers. Nice boy, just no knowledge of mowers! He then went to the service desk again.service desk person was rude and said go to garden department to get answers.the garden personnel had no idea how to answer his questions about a particular mower that he was wanting to purchase. After an hour of getting the run around, he left. Disgusted and thoroughly annoyed. Horrible service at this location and the district manager should be made aware that this is happening! I would give NO stars if that were an option.

Redown my kitchen and bathroom 3 yrs ago. Got approved for a 25k credit card balance, now that I haven't down any projects recently they took off 20k off my credit card which knocked my credit score down 20 points. What if I had a big project I wanted to do in the future? You guys are BS!

Sunday yesterday evening May 5th I lost my Fitbit this morning Monday at 6 a.m. I went to home Depot to look for it in the parking lot and in the store. I want to thank the four ladies who took the time out to help me find it with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. You made my day

Bad customer service over the phone.

Tried to call 3 times to speak to the appliance department in order to find out if an item was in stock so I can buy it and someone finally picked up, said “kitchen” and then hung up on me. When I tried calling again a 4th time I was met with no answer.

Guess I’m going to Lowe’s since they answered the phone

Favorite home improvement super store! Laid put nicely. Convenient friendly folks to answer questions. Love the place.
