Came to order Aroma 3 in 1 grill, couple days later got a text message, ready for pick up
Great! That's a good service

Store is clean. Staff is always friendly. But not to often can I find an employee to help. The times I have been here and an employee helped me on the floor, they were really nice. The cashiers are always friendly.

Bad used stock in the drill dept. Not a happy camper this shouldn't have happen not good. That's why they are getting one star would have given a ozero if I could so check your product before you buy it again not happy at all

2 guys delivering my fridge were so insanely rude for no reason whatsoever. Disgusting behavior. Never going to this location again.

Never have the things advertised online.you get there and it's oh I'm sorry you have to oder it online or go to a different location.how about you guys actually doing inventory and know what's really there or not. The young man who helped me was very polite and helpful

The manager of the store personally walked out curtsied order out to us with a thank-you note attached! Awesome customer service <3

The place is trash I never been disrespected in my life on Sunday afternoon by a manager named nick there. I tried to return items from my home & I lost my receipt? And the worker call for manager. I’m like no issues let’s see what I can do simply ask questions my product was brand new & the manager came out then was so rude to me and made it seem like I stole these items for another store basically rude and judgmental. Very embarrassing I’ll never go to that Home Depot again in my life. Rude super rude. Tried to say I made up a story on my items. I paid for my items. There’s no reason to steal anything. Haven’t filed my complaint yet but I’m gonna pursue it because I shouldn’t of been treated unfairly.

Something must have changed. For the GOOD. Staff was on there game today. That's why I changed my rating from a 1to a 5 this time.

I had to have a key made and I had to wait 15-20 min. Before someone came to make the key. Overall Home Depot is a good place to shop.

I was able to get someone from customer service to check the price of two items in gardening. She stated that she couldn't do anything else to assist because she just got a customer at the return counter. And she stated no one was there for the gardening department today. Anyway I got all the items I came to purchase.

I went in to purchase a few things from the plumbing department and was greeted by George and had a great shopping experience with him! I explained what I needed because i didn't know the actual name of the items. He located everything and even explained how to install and I was so thankful for that!

I have recently purchased appliances from this store such a bad experience I would not recommend or encourage anyone to every order any appliances from this location I got all new appliances and u would think they would make sure I was satisfied they gave me the run around abt one of my appliances that was delivered long story short I had to take the microwave back to the store myself after the delivery ppl left it in the middle of my dining room floor because they said the could not put it up I took the product back to get my money back only for them to tell me they can nor refund me my installation fee I am furious I want my money back not some of it all of it!

They had what I was looking for, and Ty was very pleasant, courteous, and professional in servicing my request. Will shop there again.

I was helped by a little old man who knew tools and the stores inventory locations.
Without his help I would have spent alot more time looking for the one item I went in for and probably wouldn't have found it.

Not a fan of the corporation itself for various reasons, however, I frequently visit this location for my home needs and I ALWAYS receive excellent service. They have just about anything need and the store seems to always be stocked properly. The people that work there are always so personable and friendly. They make the hardware store shopping experience even more pleasant.

Quishay is a great cashier, she was kind and helpful at check out.
Customer Service desk seemed annoyed to help us with our problem. A floor associate said they would help us then ghosted us for 45 minutes.
I just wanted to go in, buy a new grill in a box, but that turned out to be an hour long ordeal. Technically not a 1 star review cause Quishay was very nice but management doesn't care unless it's 1 star.
Hire more people, managers, your people are overworked and under appreciated.

The service here is terrible, I had to load everything by myself even after they called for assistance, and the staff is very rude

This store is HORRIBLE. Need better C. S in storm door area. The lady who works with the installer she is just sitting there (I get you just work with installers) she makes mo EFFORT.refund my money now I have to go to ANOTHER. H. D.and start over with my measurements which was a COMPLETE waste of my time. July 19,2021
