The Home Depot reviews
19Frequently come here for materials for jobs. Pro desk staff are always professional, courteous and helpful.
Always a fun place to explore. Went looking for a specific advertised item, only to find it was an "on-line only" deal.
Good prices, clean store, tons of stuff in stock, friendly employees, my only complaint would be when I go to the store and I'm trying to find something or have a question there never seems to be an employee around so the you have to walk several aisles to find one, gets very old, they should have some kind of light or chime in every aisle so they know there is a customer waiting for help, I'm spending my hard earned money at your store and it's not my job to find a sales associate!
I couldn't find what I needed and I couldn't find someone to help me find it. I left the store empty-handed. I went across the street to Lowe's and had the exact opposite experience. Next time I'll just go to Lowe's and save myself 15 minutes.
They have a good selection of items at competitive prices. I prefer to go here over Lowes across the street. The workers are friendly and helpful.
Easy parking, quick in, quick out. Had the specialty appliance lamp I needed at a decent price, and the wood glue and bolts. Overall, quick and easy and in my hand.
Good staff. Help is great. They have people that can help you with ideas on your projects.
My boss and I went into the store today for some replacement nuts and bolts. Both Beez & David were friendly and very quick to help make sure we had the correct items. Thank you very much!
This location gave me the runaround on the Husky Tools "lifetime, no questions asked" warranty. I went to another Home Depot location and they did my warranty swap with.you know.no questions asked.
Helpful employees. Good products.didn't have to look through 10 2x4 to find a good one, like at another place I've been too. All 2x4 were nice
Painful shopping at this store. You cannot get help from an employee to save your life. They will literally see you coming and intentionally disappear like Batman so they don’t have to. If you go to true value in lambertville they have intelligent helpful staff who’s job is to help you find whatever you need. It’s a night and day difference the 2 stores.
Don't buy a large appliance here! Delivery date moved with no warning, no customer service, no concern at all about anything further than taking the money for a refrigerator that may or may not show up. Awful customer service experience. They have lost a customer here.
Walked in asked customer service where something was. They sent me to the wrong area. The paint lady was not friendly she was no help either. Went off to find what we were looking for ourselves. Found several kinds and wanted to speak with an employee saw about 3 or 4 as they walked by. I asked one employee to call someone from the dept no one came. I had to stop another who did offer his help and was knowledgeable. The people who claimed to be customer service need to be trained where items are in the store. Very bad experience. Train your employees.
Love this place. It has so much to offer for decorating and maintaining a home. Staff was nice and helpful, too. Had no trouble finding things.
Wow I can't believe I'm saying this but sometimes I go into Home Depot and it's like dealing with the Three Stooges bam there it is
Tired of going to this home depot when the new hires are to busy hitting on each other then to help customers will it ever end. Store has what I need but most of the employees are not motivated to help.
I couldn't find a screw and asked for some help, but no one could help me. The woman sitting at the desk for the hardware dept wouldn't even get up. Told me "idk, there will be someone here in 30 that can help you". Took me another 15 minutes to find it on my own. I find it ridiculous that there was NO ONE that could help me, or the other 3 guys looking for things that they couldn't find, at NOON on a Thursday IN A HARDWARE STORE.
Had what I needed at a good price.did not receive any assistance on sales floor and used a self serve checkout.guess the days of customer service are in the past.
Total waist of my evening. Waited 10 minutes with no help. Asked one worker for someone in Appliance, she is over there. I said not she or he is not. Then she got up and walked away. I go up to customer service, they page someone to meet me in Appliance. I wait another 7 minutes. No avail, so I start walk out we go to customer service again, ask again for her to page someone. Finally after 5 minutes, someone shows up. I asked for a Manager, they are not available, I asked why they are in a meeting. I asked who is taking his calls. No one. I then ask for a product and it's availability, they give me a date, and then tell me I will either need to use my old 240 plug or buy a new one. Which amazed me you pay $1500 for a washer and there is no plug. Umm, then I walk out. Total incompetent workers tonight, as well an overall the poorest customer service I have experience in my life. And I have been involved working with the public for 32 years.
