The Home Depot, Dublin OH

Went there yesterday to buy some faucet adapter. Asked a staff a question but he said he would get someone in pluming to help me. Waited there for 20 minutes. Nobody came to help. Then I went to ask another staff. He was impatient and said they did not have any such things in stock, even though their online system shows they do have stock. I then left and made my purchase at Lowes instead.

Costmer service and rental department horrible, and they won’t help with answering simple questions. I had to go to Hilliard branch to get more information about rental truck.

I purchased an LG Refrigerator online and had it delivered. My deliver team, Danny and Will did a phenomenal job. They were careful, thorough and quick. They moved the existing unit quickly and took care to clean up all the residue. Awesome job!

Your paint dept people are rude and not helpful at all. Two standing around doing nothing but have me a one word answer and didn’t offer to help. One word answer. Seriously? Two grown adults….

Avoid at all costs if time is at all important to you and your business. Slowest employees wandering around on their cell phones or ducking corners if you're looking for them. Management closed down pro services because they have more important things to do then help the people who are actually spending money.

Terrible customer service. I ordered stand two days ago and the employee said I could pick up the same day after couple of hours and they will call to let me know that it’s ready but I never got any call and when I got to the store the stand were still in the top and non of the employee seems to care about customer service. They simply refunded the money and the manager didn’t even try to get it down for us. We waited for 30 minutes then asked for refund. They didn’t seem to care of the customer or the business rather they want to make them work easier and waste time walking around. If possible I would give them 0 review

Do not go through this Home Depot for any contracting needs. Job took 3x to complete and left unfinished which required additional labor from another contractor. Wouldn’t even offer a fair refund to make things right

The Home Depot it's a good store great prices and they generally have any and everything you want and if they don't have it in store they can get it for you pretty darn quick

Home Depot is the place for so many things that one would need for household construction, repairs, upgrades etc. They have thousands of items and also have a huge variety of garden plants during spring and summer. Its my favorite place to go to for home improvement.

Don't rely on the lists you make in their app if you're going here. I wasted almost an hour on my past 2 visits just trying to get enough cell signal to look at those lists. I haven't seen anything so bad in 10 years at least. I don't know why they can't get cellular working in their building, but their competition doesn't have any problems.

While checking out, a checkout associate wanted me to apply for a Home Depot consumer credit card to get a $50 discount off of my purchase. After unsuccessfully waiting 20 minutes (told it would take about 5 minutes) for the application to go through, I didn't get the $50 off. Called Citi, the credit card issuing bank, and they said there were no application issues. This is likely
simply a scam to get you to apply for a Home Depot credit card. My credit score is greater than 800.

Clean, well stocked, organized & clean. Staff runs the spectrum from ultra friendly to uninterested. Fair pricing.

We purchased washer and dryer on Black Friday from this branch. They told us they will be delivered 10 days later which was not too bad when it was considered as Black Friday time.

Next day I realized the lady chose non-matching colors, come on everyone wants a set in matching colors, right? So I had to give a call to Home Depot, they canceled the purchase and reprocessed everything. Boom! 2 days delay in delivery.

Anyways when the delivery crew unboxed the washer in front of the house, there was a huge dent on its side. What a disappointment, waited 2 weeks for that junk. Well I called Home Depot again and the lady offered me $150 for the dent I refused of course, and the crew didn't wait till we finish our chat on the phone and left even though I told them to wait they just waived their hands in the air while they were driving away.

Finally we had no chance but cancelation the purchase. I had to go somewhere else to buy new set and had to pay more since the Black Friday deal was over.

Thanks Home Depot for this terrible experience. I will never ever come back to this store.
